A beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great location near a shopping centre, restaurant and the train station. Perfect for getting to Disneyland with the free shuttle service.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the restaurant wasn’t great. Not a great menu and lazy staff who didn’t clear plates without the manager prompting. Ordered drinks that didn’t arrive so had to ask again. However, the few meals we had there were nice. Just the service that wasn’t.

Great Hotel, Staff, Rooms, Location. Free shuttle to and from Disneyland from the hotel. There’s a Big Mall (Val d Europe) Near the Hotel with the Supermarket & Restaurants . RER Val d Europe Rail Station To Paris Downtown Near the Hotel. CDG Airport to and from the hotel take about 30 Minutes. it’s My First Time in the Hotel & it’s not the last time. ✌🏼

Excellent location, right outside Val D'Europe Train Station, also huge shopping mall/food court and designer outlet village nextdoor. Hotel also runs free shuttle to Disney but only 20 mins walk away also. Hotel has lovely rooms, bar/cafe/resteraunt, nice breakfast selection, slightly higher price per night but probably still cheaper than Disney Hotels, and gives you much better eating options. Recommend for familys on Disney breaks.

Rooms have fridge but Irons only in Deluxe rooms.The Hotel shuttle stopped at 9pm (strike) on one evening back from Disney, possibly the hotel could have done more to let guests know so they could have made arrangements coming back after the 11pm Fireworks

A super clean and modern place in a great location. The free shuttle back and forth to Disneyland Paris was a nice benefit. We had a long holiday in Europe and this was one of our best stays.

When we got home from Disneyland at midnight nothing in the hotel was open in terms of food nor was anything in town. Since many guests are likely Disneyland attendees, the hotel should really consider a sizable snack and food offering. Perhaps ramen, yogurts, boiled eggs, premade sandwiches, energy bars, fruits, etc. We literally had no food options and thankfully had some beef broth packed. Also, the steak and fries in the hotel restaurant was quite poor. I hate to mention this as the staff was so nice but half the steak was fast and the rest was not good. Steak is SO easy to cook so that’s really no excuse.

The hotel was located in a growing and smart suburb of Paris with good links to the capital. The Val d'Europe shopping centre, opposite the hotel, was excellent with a fabulous variety of stores and fashion outlets, and a good selection of eating establishments. The hotel's public spaces were welcoming and comfortable, and our room was well proportioned and airy with an excellent bed. Very clean. The breakfast offered a wide and plentiful choice of hot and cold foods.

At breakfast the restaurant was often overwhelmed and ran out of crockery, cutlery, and food. Being a family hotel, the breakfast area was often noisy, with small children shouting and crying, and many families allowed their children to wander in the service area and help themselves which caused problems of access to certain foods, and the risk of collisions with small children running about.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights because we were going to visit Disneyland and the hotel was cheaper than the Disney hotels. The hotel was excatly what we expected and what was said in the reviews. Close to Disneyland (we used the hotel shuttle - no problems there). The room decor was modern and lovely. We loved the little juliette balcony. The room was standard size hotel room and enough for a family of four for a short stay (kids 8 and 11). Would definitely stay here again and can recommend to anyone visiting Disney. The hotel is opposite the RER station so could stay here also when visiting Paris.

The hotel is very nice and convenient. Breakfast was good, and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle to Disney was very helpful and always accurate on time.

Unlike Disney hotels, this hotel lacks the Disney "atmosphere." Since most visitors stay here to visit Disneyland, this aspect was noticeably absent. The shuttle to Disney was highly beneficial, especially with its frequent service in the morning and late evening. However, during certain times of the day, it operates on an hourly schedule, which can be less convenient.

Loved the location of the hotel. Literally walking distance from the huge Val d'Europe shopping centre, RER Station, nice bars and restaurants. So easy to get to Paris via the train and short 10mins drive to Disneyland Paris. Hotel car parking was an added bonus to! The hotel breakfast was plentiful and dinner was exceptional at the hotel restaurant. As was drinks at the bar. Rooms were a good size with fridge, beds very comfy and bathroom was lovely.

Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning during our stay. It was broken and the room was very very hot. The hotel staff were great. They were very apologetic and arranged for a fan to be brought up to our room which was welcomed.

Hotel was excellent for the price and for Paris in general. Room was large and clean. Shuttle to Disney was perfect and the best part for me was the outlet mall being across the road, with Prada, LV, Coach, Marc Jacobs, and so many more shops all with great sales. I’d go back to France and skip Paris and just stay here to shop. I hated Paris city but loved the shopping out here. The meals at the hotel restaurant were quite nice and lots of cafes nearby

We couldn’t find anywhere at all to exchange currency. There’s not currency exchange at all in this area we couldn’t find anything til we got to central Paris.

Arrival and check-in was quick with multiple friendly desk clerks. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with a high end bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the bed linen was great. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel and it was surprisingly quiet at night which was pleasant. The hotel is very convenient for the shopping mall just over the road and the free regular bus into the Disney parks was great - with info provided by the hotel staff and a bus stop just over the road from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was having issues with in room cooling which was a shame but they did have air-con units in the hallways. Later in the week one of the restaurant/bars was closed during the day - not sure why. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
