Super efficient, warm, friendly staff! they’re the best asset of this hotel. everyone was extremely polite and helpful. specifically the executive at the breakfast Ms Harsimran was so warm and welcoming, she took a personal interest in each guest which is commendable! have seen this level of personalised service only in Uber luxury hotels. the hotel is relatively new, very clean and spacious rooms. had a comfortable stay. it’s a bit out of dehradun main city so having a vehicle helps to get around!

the breakfast was a bit of a let down. they have variety but the quality and preparation of it wasn’t up to the mark. the fruits seemed day or so old, the pineapple was raw and tasteless! the juice seemed watered down, the coconut chutney with idlis was so bad. the staff are always around and very eager to please and make your dining experience better, but the food preparation was a letdown. I hope they improve on it as the hotel is good but at the prices the breakfast should match. ordered room service and some items were good and few were not. upon complaining the staff immediately work on it and have to give them full credit for being so prompt and polite. I feel the food let’s down the super polite staff!!

The staff are the restaurant pano we’re really good. they were very happy to accommodate all our requests. A special mention for Deepti in the restaurant. she was excellent. she made sure we were always well fed and comfortable. she helped us with information for things to do. very sweet and always smiling, that’s a plus specially when you are starting your day. Our in room servers Ashish and aarif were also very nice and professional. they were prompt and helped us with our orders. in short, the staff is wonderful and well trained and the place is beautiful. anyone who wants to stay there shld select even no rooms for the better view. the outdoor seatings is one plus.

quality of food and the service

my booking was three nights but due to emergency i had to checkout one day early . hotel has charged me for full three days with the result I have paid ₹ 15871/- extra amount , hotel promised that they will refund the amount after checking with the booking. com but I have not received my refund , booking.com has also forwarded my request to them but unfortunately no response. This is the first time in my life I had to pay penalty for early checkout.

The entire staff was efficient and courteous. All the services were provided in time. The breakfast was too good with an elaborate menu to choose from. My review would be incomplete without mentioning Neha and Deepti, both looking after the guests in the dining area. Their warmth has touched our hearts. They are an asset to any hospitality institution.

Perfect services are provided in that budget.

We had an enjoyable experience. The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty, breakfast spread was lavish and overall amenities were satisfactory. The location is scenic with many cafes within 5-7 min driving distance. The staff was quite polite and helpful.

The shower rooms adjacent to swimming pool needs toiletries and peg/rod to hang dry clothes.

Everything except front desk staff.

Most of The staff at the front desk - seemed like smiling faces - who don’t care about what the client is asking. But feel smiles and small talks can make a client feel good. They need to be told people can see through genuine concern for a client or a fake one.

This is one of the best properties in dehradun I hav ever stayed in. The agents utsav and akash frm reservation team were vry helpful. Would like to thank the chefs for the awesome breakfast. They also provided with a plate of deserts as a little surprise.

The best part was food and FnB staff. Everyone we met at our stay was helpful, supportive and greeted us with beautiful smiles. Special mention to Anjali, Neha and the head chef for giving us their time and attention. Thank you once again Anjali and Neha.

The pool timings could be extended till 10, if possible. And since the pool isn't that deep people could be allowed to have drinks near the pool area.

Rooms are great having good amenities.Fantastic food and service. Good to see smiling staff and their perfect handling of customers. Good location with nice view. Always had a good experience staying at this hotel.
