King room was very spacious, with excellent quality-of-life features like privacy glass for bathroom, separate controls for sheer and drape, etc. Service was world-class - with bilingual staff and excellent room service in food and make-up service. Especially appreciated the quick and amazing laundry service which cleaned up my partner's precious linen blouse. Big thank you for that. As a fan of the Art Deco style, this hotel was classy and beautifully decorated.

None whatsoever, my partner and I really enjoyed our stay. One point of note though - there was a pre-check-in hold on my card and when we checked-in, there was another hold in the form of the deposit. Why there needed to be two holds on my card, I do not know, but it concerned me because now I need to check my card balance to make sure both holds are released after deducting the total cost of my stay.

This is probably the most beautiful Langham hotel we’ve stayed at - interior is just top-notch, very aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was so good we didn’t want to leave the room at all :) Tom’s restaurant had the most amazing breakfasts we’ve had in Indonesia - taking buffet option is highly recommended! the staff was extremely polite and helpful with all the requests we had.

Facilities feel somewhat limited compared to the overall grandeur of the hotel - the rooftop swimming pool is quite small and there is no bar or any service in that area, indoor pool is much bigger but the area is very hot and wet, without an opportunity to just sit and relax there. Room service doesn’t have any fresh teas like ginger or mint, and the overall selection of food and beverages is not the greatest. There is no preferential treatment for the hotel guests in any of the restaurants and bars - we made two attempts to visit Artesian, both times were told they are at full capacity.

Noise from the next room (or something) very early in the morning. Room service at night took a very very long time (literally one glass of wine) - had to call again to follow up.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay in The Langham Jakarta. Everything was nice about this hotel. Our hotel room was spacious and we had a stunning bathroom. There were also lots of amenities. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive. We also loved the skypool and the pool on the 6th floor. The gym has good equipment and you can train with a nice view. The staff were so friendly! Especially Fenny & Alfa. They were so friendly and helpful and their service was amazing. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay incredible. We would definitely come back when we visit Jakarta again.

This is the most beautiful hotel in Jakarta. The service staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you especially to Zaneta and Taleta!! The City View King Room had the most amazing view of Jakarta. The bed was super comfortable, complete with a pillow menu. The bathroom was fantastic with a beautiful bathtub complete with bath salts. The toilet had so many features I was so amazed and impressed.

That I had to go home and leave this beautiful property.

when your traveling from oversea don’t pick sudirman view, there is club next to hotel and it was noisy until 2 AM.

Beautiful hotel with great service, breakfast and room facilities with an amazing view of Jakarta.

Elevators felt overly complicated, as we need to go up then down to go the rooms. There was some confusion to store our luggage after check out, between between their lobby at the top floor and the ground level concierge, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get our luggage, but really not a big deal for us.

Location, facilities, amenities and of course, the lovely staff! We had a lovely siblings reunion there and our stay was perfect. The location was very central and having a mall nearby (Astha) was a lovely surprise as well, as we didn’t have to go far for a meal or shopping. We also love the Artesian Bar, we went there on our first night and they served great cocktails 🍸 100% will be back.

The hospitality is superb. The building is impressive, and the architecture is artistic.

It's challenging to manage their narrow halls, and they seem to have plenty of those. Our biggest complaint is the confusion about elevators and the complexity of going from one place to another within the hotel facilities.

2 lifts to get to the room from the lobby or 3 from the car park. Also “do not disturb” at the room door does not mean phone me instead!
