It's a new hotel so everything is pretty much new and spotless. It has small kitchen with complete amenities like pan, frying pan, plates and other utensils. We can also borrow the ricecooker (we get the brand new one). It also provide free self-laundry with coins. The location is also strategic, just 15 minutes walking to Lotte Shopping Avenue.

The bed is too hard :( On our third day, we already pushed clean button before we went outside at 10 AM but when we came back in the afternoon, the room hasn't been cleaned.

The room was very roomy to say the least, they had internal water filtration system that let you drink clean water all day. I mean this should catch on, however hotels make slightly less money 💰 this way as they can't over charge their customers with those hefty bottle prices. The Pool was nice and super super clean. Restaurant was very good, almost stylish to pass out eating there for romantic evening.

They didn't put all their services and restaurant menu in the room. The pillow was too soft, even with two my head still sunck in quite low. Even though the room was clean I felt like the floor was dusty, this could just be Jakarta general thing as It was quite polluted and air quality was abysmal and not.even air con can filter out these particles.

I didn’t expect to spend the best nights here on wonderful hotel .. Everything is beautiful and very modern .. I think it deserves 5 stars in everything .. Very friendly and very helpful also, my brother Febry was friendly and professional .. Congratulations to them For having someone like him.. Thanks also to Dessi and zhafira ..

The unit are spacious, Our room accessible from -Room-Toilet-Living room-Kitchenette, easy to Push/pull our luggages, Highly recommended to any Personal shoppers from outside country to stay here, Huge Room to keep big luggages and boxes! i like the idea of drink water are refillable using the Dispensers, one of the front of house employee named "Chevas" went over beyond to help make our stay safe & enjoyable. Check out on Thursday 16th Feb 23 - all the front desk staff that working on that time extremely hospitable (Please give your staff awards!) and Chevas is one of the top notch! Incredibly helpful gentleman.

I was a bit dissapointed with the cleaniness of the floor and toilet on the first place, Express my dissapointment with one of the Front of house employee "Chevas" Very nice & soft spoken guy! FAST FORWARD - Immediate action from him, Thank you Chevas for sorting out our issues so quick.. Thank you to you and other employees -Location wise I think you guys need to put a big signage (Citadines sudirman) from the big so everyone can see the sign , The entrance quite confusing.

Everything! We could cook our meals everyday - they had everything we needed from cutleries, pans, proper size fridge, induction cooker, toaster - we really made some great meals. The staff were very very responsive to all our requests and they were very quick to respond and help us. The place in itself is very clean, very comfortable, great size - super comfortable, I cant recommend it enough as a great stay.

The furniture was new and the bed was clean and comfy. The staffs are very friendly. I like the pool size. The kitchen was also nice and complete.

The floor could be cleaner, my feet was a bit dirty when walking barefoot there. Also I brought a baby with me so I have to notice that the carpet is a bit dusty. The google maps directed to the hotel via small alleys, which is somehow uncomfortable. The access to get a free parking was quite hassle, since I have to get and return back the access card when I'm leaving the hotel.

This is a very clean and new hotel with standard 4-star quality but a very reasonable price. The staff were excellent. The room had above-par facilities due to it having a proper kitchenette and a balcony

The room was a good size for a single person but might be a squeeze for a couple. The newness of the hotel meant grab car often found it difficult to find on Google Maps, hopefully, this can be rectified. However the location was good.

Small but comfortable room with everything needed, the kitchen is quite well equipped. Balcony is a nice bonus.

The room wasn't perfectly clean. The carpet around the bed wasn't clean when I arrived, and was not cleaned properly throughout the stay. Breakfast, I've been told, is a buffet western style, but there are almost no options of western food. Quite limited choices in general.

Check-in was rushed in - we were not informed upon checkin that breakfast will not be available in the restaurant. We needed to preorder it and it will be delivered to the room. Our first breakfast came then way too late due to this lack of information upon arrival. Also had some hiccups with the washing machine. FO staff was helpful to organize technician to come and salvage our soaked laundry - but this cost me 30min of my supposed to be relaxed morning time as I had to wait in the laundry room for them to come. We love the room and the location but I must say the first stay was not a good overall experience.
