Location, rooms, facilities fantastic, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. I would particularly like to mention one of the staff members called Jamal, he was working serving breakfast and his attention to detail was very impressive. As an example, at one point I had placed my morning medication next to my coffee, somehow Jamal noticed this and brought me a glass of warm water for me to take my medication with. I saw him do these little things on many occasions and he just seemed so friendly and most important genuine.

We have celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at the hotel. The stuff at this property were great. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and the view over Dubai Marina was amazing. We were treated with a delicious cake and the room was beautifully decorated for our special occasion. We thank all the stuff for their loving care. We will be back.

This is my third stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, and I would still go back every time there. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Rooms are good size, with good internet speed. The breakfast selection is amazing as they have both Asian and European continental options. I've used the corporate access rooms for business meetings and my guests also loved the facility and location. Rooms with marina view are quieter. The rooms are noise isolated, but if you prefer quiet sleep maybe best to pick a room away from the lifts.

The breakfast at this hotel was seriously incredible! Just for the breakfast I can't believe this hotel isn't more expensive. The room was also nice, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were super helpful. There's a beautiful walking path around the marina that comes straight from the hotel, and you can even walk straight to the beach if you want.

There were a few weird things with the room design where the doors were a bit heavy or hard to open and close which was annoying sometimes but not awful. Also, there is a lot of traffic right by the hotel but I think this is just a Dubai issue.

This was our third stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. We stayed in a room on a high floor with a marina view (fabulous); this's included access to the Club lounge which was superb as we enjoyed afternoon tea and early evening drinks in there several times during our stay. The location of this hotel on Dubai Marina is excellent as there is close access to the Marina Mall, to myriad eateries including Pier 7 and lovely walks in the area. Staff were always attentive and helpful.

Very little to improve upon. The room could possibly benefit from an upgrade as the wardrobe door didn’t close properly for example.

Location is excellent, metro station is close to the hotel by walk, taxi is available in 1 min waiting period. You can enjoy walking, eating, shopping at the nearest mall as well, doing sport in the morning and evening. It is beautiful area to stay in Dubai

I loved location, variety of café's and restaurant's. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I got upgraded room to sea view marina beach with no extra charge. It is very clean and comfortable. It is recommended to stay for all guests to enjoy sunrise and sunset of Dubai Marina area.

A gorgeous hotel in a beautiful vibrant location in the Dubai Marina. I stayed with my partner for one week and had the best time. We stayed in a superior king room with a beautiful view of the marina. The daily cleaning service for the room was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff at the hotel were brilliant. We had a wonderful meal at the Thai restaurant in the hotel and both had massages in the spa which were wonderful. The daily breakfast was a great buffet selection, with only a little wait sometimes after we went down around 10 AM. Having drinks on the terrace of the hotel in the evening was lovely and the bar staff Cassandra and Tuhin were very attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will probably stay here again if we go back to Dubai as the hotel is new and everything is really clean and the staff are A+

I loved the hotel in general, we booked half board, the food options were very delicious either for breakfast or lunch/dinner. the hotel staff is very friendly and professional, specially the restaurant staff, they were so attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcomed. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a very nice view, the hotel is good located directly on the marina, with a lot of good restaurants, supermarkets and a mall just a few minutes away from it. we also used the airport pickup service and it was on time, in comfortable clean cars. warm greetings to Afroza, Jamil and David from the restaurant, we are thankful for your amazing hospitality.

the only downside I experienced was upon check in, where someone offered me an upgrade for a discounted price of 100 AED /per night for a room with a marina view, I found the offer appealing and wanted to take it, but wanted first the check the room I booked, surprisingly enough, my room had a Marina view, not sure what was they’re trying to sell me, but the whole thing just sounded suspicious and made me uncomfortable.

The location, the view from the room, the friendliness, and the exceptional service provided by the staff are highly commendable. The breakfast is excellent and not to be missed. There are several restaurants in the hotel and a hairdresser. We arrived at 2 am and checking in was very smooth.

Overall the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Yet, housekeeping can be further improved. Moreover, although the hotel is accessible for persons with disabilities, the design of the room allocated for this purpose was not particularly friendly. While this is not uncommon in many 5 stars hotel, more effort should be invested to improve accessibility for disabled guests. For e.g the bed was too high, the desk occupied an unnecessary large space of the room and the toileteries in the shower were placed in an inconvenient manner.
