Located on Dubai marina

Breakfast is poor, the operating company is offering very little main courses, only eggs dishes, it is really very low star and cheap. The room service janitors need more training

The staff was extremely helpful, very polite and knowledgeable - this applies to reception, housekeeping, room service, breakfast staff, concierge and bell boys. The location is very convenient close to super markets, restaurants and tram station. Big breakfast with variety of food.

I was staying from the side of the road and could get a bit noisy. Also upon check in the room had a mold odor - had to leave the balcony door open for some time so as the fresh air could eliminate the odor.

The room are very big,modern and clean.Air condition was working perfect. The staff are very respectful.

Put enough tea and milk in the rooms.We booked for 2 people, the tea was catered for 1 person.

breakfast was excellent!! service was also good, very kind staff. we booked a room with marina views and we really enjoyed it! We arrived very early in the morning, and we were very pleased that they tried hard to give us the room much sooner than the check in time!! thanks!!!

we booked a room for 3 adults, and they only had one double bed for 2 people on the room. We asked for a solution, and they told us to sleep on the couch, which was NOT a convertible sofa bed… After discussing it with the hotel manager, they agreed to get an extra bed for the room, but we have to say it was extremely uncomfortable. everything else was perfect.

It took very long to get me Iron and Iron board, though hotel was full at the time. They should clean the iron regularly as it left black spots on the shirt. Luckily, I had spare.

Location, room and facilities were all fantastic. Great staff at the pool who really looked after us. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

The evening meal in the main restaurant was disappointing. Staff tried to encourage us to eat the left over iftar buffet at 8.45pm and made us feel like we were an imposition ordering from the main menu. The food from the main menu was very average. Such a shame because the rest of the stay was perfect!

It was not easy to project my laptop to the TV screen, and the location has a lot of traffic around it, but otherwise the hotel is fine

The location and the staff. Roderick is such a nice person that offers a late check out. The staff during our stay was supportive and kind especially Heshina. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was ready early, bonus after a night flight. Room was bigger than I expected. Had two bedrooms but came with two bathrooms as well, lounge area and a kitchen, very spacious. Breakfast was fabulous. Great selection and good quality. Pool area was lovely with a fab view over the marina. Lots of sun beds and towels. It is in the shade in the afternoon but we just headed to the beach then. Great location for the tram and metro, so can get to the palm or burj khalifa very easily. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach which is full of restaurants, shops, activities, expensive super cars, all very entertaining. All areas of hotel are very clean and well maintained.
