The breakfast is incredible! Actually has eggs you can even heat up and lots of sausage. I don't care about cereals and donuts myself.

They charge $150 as a deposit that they take out of your credit card no matter what and it's out for at least 3 to 5 days. Don't want to stay there because of that. It's hard enough to have enough money on your credit card let alone have that taken out.

Very Friendly staff. Very nice continental breakfast. Nice room!

Beds are a little hard for my taste. Also I was a little surprised to not have a bedspread but I figured that is likely a Covid precaution. There was a nice padded blanket in between the sheets that kept us warm. The coffee maker didn't work in our room so had to go to the lobby to get coffee but they were quick to inform maintenance when I reported it. There was a used rag on the sink when we got there and looked like someone had not finished cleaning the area. Wasn't really bad just a little odd to find a used rag in a clean hotel room.

The spa in the room and the fact had a fridge and microwave. It was great staying there. Housekeeping was friendly and when I needed something they were there to help.

The breakfast wasn't a good selection of food. When I checked for eggs and the sausage looked frozen it didn't look very good. Was hoping for a buffet style for hot food that would have been more presentable.

cheap place to stay for a night. Clean, comfy no problems. Not luxurious. We just needed a place to stay the night after traveling 6 hours to pick up grandkids from airport early in morning. They do have free breakfast. Waffles, fruit, pastries, juice etc. We just filled our go cups with good coffee and headed for Denver since we knew everyone would be starved when they landed.

The young men working the front desk were so kind and welcoming. Very helpful guys.

The $150 damage deposit that you have to pay with cash or debit, you really should just update your stuff and keep a valid card on file and then charge $250 for the cleaning and or maintenance fee. Also, we didn't have a room key the entire time we were there. This is to whoever runs this place: either discount the rooms with broken doors or fix them faster. Its ridiculous to be honest. And I want to be clear, this has nothing to do with the front desk staff, it is not their fault that you have a hard time taking your business seriously. Other than that everything was lovely.

We arrived a day early. They got us into a room without any issues. (Besides being up stairs NOT their fault!) The next morning I spoke with the young man at desk and reminded him my mother was elderly and we needed a down stairs for our actual reservation. He was very sweet and said he would be getting that ready for us. I told him that was fine, I had removed our stuff from room from previous night and we would be back later after seeing family.He call me later in day to let me know our room was on bottom and ready. Great room, staff and comfort.

They were very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Everything looked very well maintained. Dining area was clean, average variety of breakfast food. Speedy check-in and out.

If I have to find something I didn't like I guess it would be; Had a pool but was closed. The freezer had a good bit of ice build up. We could hardly get our icepack in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance guy came to address all the issue including housekeeping issues and went to arrange a different room. Front desk was very friendly and quick to address the issues.

The first room we were put in was away from the handicap parking so had to drag equipment only to be switched to a room that was directly in front of handicap parking. That arrangement was only made after it was discovered that the room we got set up in was not working properly and was not cleaned properly. Just wish front desk would have noticed the second room they put us in was handicap room we originally requested, would have saved me moving medical equipment twice.

The room was clean. The television didn't work, called the front desk, and they were up to fix it. Air conditioning stopped working, and they moved us to another room. The staff was wonderful. We've stayed in the past, and they've made nice updates.

Nothing negative to say.

There wasn't anything We were not happy with! We were far enough away from the convenience store gas station to not be bothered by the 24/7 traffic but close enough to walk over in 3 minutes to stock up on snacks for a relaxing night of TV before getting a Great nights sleep! Breakfast rocked the next morning then check out was a breeze and We were on the road! Will stay again on future trips through Fort Collins Thanks for a Great stay!!
