Location was exactly what we needed as we were there to take family to Six Flags ⎯ Frontier City. The executive king room was perfect for our big family⎯very spacious room for our 3 night stay. We really appreciated the privacy/not being bothered about guest, since we did have a lot of family members coming to our room to visit our daughter for her 3rd birthday.

There was a roach on the window seal. We had someone try and come into our room at 5am⎯with 5 kids this was an extreme scare. The front desk always said they were out of towels. When in the pool area, the front desk personal basically threw the towels in there, leaving it very unorganized.

The fitness center was small, but very functional and clean. The room was clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. The breakfast was just fine, and the crew was prompt in refilling pans and coffee pots as needed. Also, the young fellow at the front desk on Sunday morning was exceptionally courteous and helpful in taking pictures for us as a group of old OKC friends gathered to visit and see us off. The location is hardly scenic, but it has easy access to the interstate which allows us to get to our favorite sites in OKC/Edmond, then on the road for our return home without difficulty.

In room coffee maker wasn't restocked - short of coffee and cups. The lad at the front desk on Saturday was completely focused on his phone every time we came through the lobby. I had to interrupt him to get information, and he never looked at me in that exchange. Needs a little training for working with the public. This property is very popular with youth sports teams, which is fine, but parents/coaches need to be informed that there are other full paying guests who are not amused by screaming 12 yr olds running up and down the hallways. My wife, a retired teacher, finally intervened with her well practiced sternness. That should have been handled by their chaperones.

The property was clean, the breakfast was AMAZING!

The pool was dirty like you could see a lot of hair and speckles of dirt in the pool and I didn’t feel comfortable getting all the way submerged in the pool. The sink in room 236 was once broken and then glued back together. The sink also was very clogged, when the water would run not even 2 seconds later the sink if filling up with water and not draining.

The breakfast was good and the outside of the facility was clean.

The room could have used some vacuuming as there was a mess in the floor. The toilet needed to be cleaned better as well. Towels weren't left one night and for a family of 5, we never got more than 2 towels. The young man at the front desk was rude when we asked for towels. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Breakfast was very good, great selection and hot. Loved the items in the shower; shampoo, conditioner and body wash. That was wonderful because we forgot to pack those items. Pool was nice; water could have been a little warmer and it looked cloudy. Work out room was very nice; equipment in good condition and clean.

We were in Room 234: Room was dirty; found a rolled up child sock on floor by A/C unit. Wood head board had sticky residue running down it. The bathroom needed much repair; missing door hook for towel, rusted light fixtures, and wooden vanity leg was badly chipped.

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food available. Most staff were very friendly. Price was good. Facility was clean. It was close to places we wanted to go.

We were in a tornado watch while staying there. My husband asked the clerk on duty where we would go if there was a tornado warning and she was not sure. She told him it was a good question.

My only complaint was pickups were parked (long-term) in the entrance area. One had our car blocked in. I did tell the front desk who did act to find the owner to get that one moved but the other was there until morning & there were also motorcycles parked on the sidewalk to the entrance. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe post signs saying no parking so it is clear these areas shouldn’t be obstructed.

I loved everything about this property from the room back up to the hospitality when I say customer service was so warming and so welcoming I loved the experience from the beginning to the ending probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at absolutely the best I literally would recommend this to everyone

Rooms were nice. Pool was nice. Staff were great breakfast was great! Laundry facility was good. Dryers we're super fast.

Unattended kids in the pool both times we went. Pre teens. We had to get on to them for rough housing both days and had to get the kid working to kick them out. Towels all over the floors in the pool area.

the comforter on one of the beds had, what appeared to be, foundation make up on it right at the top of the comforter, however the sheets were clean. so we didn’t make a fuss about it.
