Location and view.

Service, one of the worst at this kind of hotel. It is obvious that there is no preparation of the stuff. I have the impression the hotel saves a lot in salaries, getting workers that really don't do well their job. They should contract people who knows about hospitality. All the workers have not enough education about hospitality. Not professional stuff.

epitome of luxury- loved the spacious room, loved the breakfast with sooo many delicious healthy options, and the central location is perfect if you're in Dubai for work .. oh and the gym is great.

sauna was broken, so wasn't able to enjoy my daily sauna time.

I can say that the property reach to the perfection.

The property was very clean, location was great, the club lounge access is definitely worth it… the easy access to Dubai Mall is a bonus.

They could add more variety to the breakfast.

Service - not only excellent service, but excellent attention to detail, very attentive, super warm, welcoming, helpful people Cleanliness - immaculate, you could eat off the floors Design - beautiful design, big open spaces, little “nooks” to sit and chat, have coffee or whatever Facilities - one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve been to in the world (and we travel a LOT); rooftop pool is spectacular, with a view of the Burj Kalifa, excellent poolside service - food and drinks! Location - very centrally located - Dubai mall, grand fountains, Burj Kalifa, etc… btw downtown Dubai is one of the safest metro area in the world.

The only thing we can think of is the positioning of the TV, which is on a permanent stand right in front of the large window overlooking the Burj Kalifa. The reason this was an issue is because we paid quite a bit extra for a coveted view of the Burj Kalifa. Right next to the TV is an empty wall where the TV could have easily been placed - instead of propped up on its own stand obstructing our view. Move that TV!!!

Everything about this stay was perfect. This was actually my 13th visit of Dubai and I was dreaming about staying at this hotel for ages. It is expensive (for someone who prefers small boutique hotels) but totally worth all the money. The hotel is very luxurious and there´s nothing bad I can say about it. I felt very welcomed from the very first moment, check-in process was super fast. Our room was so spacious that you could play hide-and-seek game there, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and our balcony even had Khalifa views. Breakfast had lots of options, food in a Club Lounge was very tasty, loved the gym and it was also super easy to walk from the hotel straight to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa via metro. Anyway the best thing about this hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with the most amazing Burj Khalifa views. If money isn´t issue this is one of the best hotels to stay in Dubai.

The bar celavi don’t work with the hotel. Very difficult to get table.need to To instagram To make reservations. I found that ridiculous.

The spa (Men side) The jacuzzi didn’t have warm water. It was too cold. I could’ve enjoyed a little bit longer. It was beautiful tho. Amazing view and super clean
