This hotel has the highest level of value to money you can get. As a first visit you can get the heart of Dubai near Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and the fountains which all of these you can simply walk to. All other attractions is up to 15-25 mins away (for example safari is about 25 mins away). The view to burj khalifa from the rooms balcony and from the pools is one of the best sights you can have in the modern world. The service staff in this hotel is something else, the cleanliness in every corner and the quality along side spectacular design smells luxury and uniqueness everywhere.

Staff at the reception and overall were outstanding . Professional and helpful with requests. The location and link to the Dubai Mall was extremely convenient. The lobby, café and rooms were elegant and refined as you walk in. Rooms were spacious, clean, relaxing with beautiful and well supplied bathrooms.

The breakfast buffet offerings and presentation could be improved. The ambience of the breakfast area was somewhat drab. The pool while beautiful and overlooking the Burj Khalifa area, did not offer a nice experience. It was not clear who was responsible for service in that are as it seems they have a third party company taking care of the pool area and that resulted in an experience not matching the beauty of the area. The gym experience was below expectations as the area designated had several obstructing columns and tight spaces for a workout with a poor view. The wet spa was poorly supplied (towels, toiletries...)

The hotel is clean and smells nice. The View from the balcony of pool and Burj Khalifa. Overall the stay was very wonderful. All the reception staff are respectful, especially Ahmad, Amr and Pamela. Thank you so much.

My wife and I were treated to an excellent atmosphere at your amazing hotel "Kempinski Boulevard" from the moment we got off the taxi straight from the entrance to the hotel, we were received with respect by Mr. Amar at the front desk, and also  All your wonderful staff in the dining room at breakfast, where we met a lovely employee by example named: Yosef and also the other employees, the dining room manager whose name I don't remember received us every morning in the dining room with a huge smile with greetings and a warm handshake.   5. And on the day of departure we met again with the lovely Mr. Amar, the whole check-out process was short and very pleasant  6. Dear Mrs. Afif, I remind you that we arrived at your amazing hotel, in honor of my 63rd birthday, on: 3.6.24 we returned  After a trip to the room, and we found out that the hotel staff organized and decorated our room, with a cake (without sugar) everything was amazing.   7. Interior design is great and the perfume of some areas is delicious. Breakfast is a paradise of taste. Concierge service has been perfect.

It was not clear what is included in the package with the complimentary lounge services. And the fact that the pool area bar is not connected with the bill of the hotel so, you must pay every time you order something. Absolutely inconvenient if you left your money or cards in the room.

Perfect location, right next to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. Direct access by bridge. Very fancy and beautiful hotel. Nice rooms.

They did a mistake with my booking. I booked a room with 2 twin beds and 1 king bed since we were 3, but got it 1 king bed only and then they added 2 rollaway beds which weren’t comfortable. We asked to switch a room but they said they are fully booked which was very disappointing since this was their mistake. I didn’t pay so much money for a 5 star hotel only to sleep in a kids rollaway bed… In the next 2 nights they switched our room to a twin room but still one of us needed to sleep in a rollaway bed.

We loved it all. Everything is excellent and the hotel is so beautiful and facilities are great and it’s really luxurious and comfortable. The staff like Ali in reception is amazing and exceptionally friendly and professional. All the staff on all floors and all restaurant are so great and helpful and the in room service and housekeeping are just fantastic and amazing . The room is always near and clean and we always had everything we needed right away. The food is so delicious, there’s Library lounge at the hotel which is great for night activities musical shows and dinner. You don’t need to leave the hotel at all. The room is so beautiful and comfortable and d the hotel is just magnificent.

I have stayed in this hotel for few days when I was on my business trip. Rooms are very good cleaned like entire hotel. I was served few times from side of restaurant waiter Hannah.Really professional guy. I went in spa and did massage.Lady from Thailand name Naja gave me one of top 5 massage in my life. Definitely I want to do it again. And last guy which I need to mention is Salin on front desk.He was organizing my drivers and hotel cars to drive me around.This guy is really guest orientated and it is enough when you come on front desk just to look at him that he know what you need. I was in my carrier before I opened my own company GM (hotel director) of bunch of hotels and cruise ships so you can say that my review has even a point where is coming from professional side and that I am looking a things which normal guest doesn't look when he enter in some hotel. Definitely I will come back.Yeah hotel is very nice regarding hardware and it is very close to Dubai Mall and connect with it but what is a really strong point of this hotel is a staff.

Only minus which I will mention is that pool bar is not connected with hotel operations regarding invoicing (third party operator) so you cant put your drinks on the room ( bring your cash or credit card with you )
