Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom, even though dated but still quite well maintained. Staff very helpful and attentive. Location very convenient.

First given room was smoking (although not allowed), but quickly replaced by the reception to correct one. Major issue however is the not soundproof room door, and same the corridors. Other guests tend to talk very loudly in the corridor instead of their rooms until late midnight and starting from 7am, also constant beeping alarm can be heard. The corridors have no carpet and room doors are very thin and banging, so bring your earplugs or go out and make new friends with the Hindu :)

The staff were very nice, respectful and always ready to help and give advice. Diane and the Reception staff are always ready to help and give us instructions, even the bell boys. The head waiter in the restaurant was always very attentive and always looking after us during our stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much, that we will book again on our next trip to Dubai. We enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain, we had a big room 028, very clean, and the beds where done every day, and new towels and shampoo and body wash every day, and tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed the pool, and Max was very friendly and attentive 👍😊

There is a welcome fruits in our room. They have good breakfast buffet. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Good hot shower. Everyday cleaning, changing towels and refill of toiletries and coffee sachet. Staff was so helpful and they call for ur taxi. They guide u how to go to ur destination by using metro, bus or taxi. Sharaf DC metro was 10mins walk.

The area was crowded and traffic specially on rush hours , due to its location was in the busy area. But manageable. Nothing bad ....

Beds were comfy, location was good, price was reasonable, 24/7 hours room service, cleanliness, consistent housekeeping and tidiness, staff attentiveness at the reception area. There were rooms that catered for more than 2 people.

The breakfast spread is weighted heavily towards South Asian cuisine. While this is understandable due to the demographics of the guests but would like a more balanced cuisines or basic options where it’s not heavily greasy or spicy especially at breakfast.

our room was a bit noisy, we could hear the other guests from the corridor. but it was not unpleasant as we were so tired we just managed to sleep very well!

The staff and their service is exceptional. There was staff to help unload the luggage and check us in , rooms next to each other was not available so they offered family quad room it worked on well for us , breakfast was good Mahesh was kind on accommodating additional request during breakfast . Saheb was prompt on regular room cleaning . Hotel Budget was great £ . They helped us store luggage after checkout so that we could finish bit more of our tour. I will be visiting Dubai again next year admiral plaza is my top option

A bit tired curtains and chair’s seat covering in room , regular dinner buffet would have been great as i ended up returning late from Dubai visits.

The service. Nadia from guest relations was the perfect representative of the hotel. Professional, courteous, attentive and she does it with a great smile. Also, Ashraf from laundry, very helpful. Important to mention, the first housekeeper I met during my stay (the first one to take and bring my laundry). The best in preparing the room and way different than the others. No matter how the room condition is, I return to find it brand new.

At first, the receptionist gave me an old room with depreciated facilities, although I literally asked for a good room. Then, next day, when I complained about it, they moved me to a better room totally renovated and with new facilities.

Location, carring staff, cleaning, aircondition, breakfast, affordable rent price. fast check inn and check out. Highly appreciate the support of Madam Najia, customer relation manager and receptionist Jinky. Mr. Narayan bellboy. thanks to all of them for their support.

Hot water always in shower. We expect normal water for shower in summer but there was always hot water coming while taking bath. The management should store the water in the roof top water tank in plastic made tank and covere the pipes under shadow or insulated with rubber or plastic, heat proof.

Good location, excellent supportive staff, cleanliness. I always stay in Admiral or Gateways hotel. Value for money. Near to shopping, transportation and cafes and restaurants. Near to beach. Easy to reach all facilities. I always stay at this hotel. I also recommend my friends and families and they have given good feedbacks

This is my second time in this hotel, and I'll definitely be back. First of all, the staff is amazing, Mr Kapila housekeeping manager, all the receptionists, the breakfast staff, guards, swimming pool guard, and the cleaning team, including Mr Saheb did their very best that I feel at home and I have all the confort for a beautiful holiday. The rooms that i have stayed in were all very clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels were changed, and beauty products were given daily. The wifi was strong. The location is also exceptional, between two metro stops and close to the big bus station which gave easy access to la Mer beach. Big thanks to all the hotel staff!
