This is my third time to stay in Al Sarab. The staff has outstanding customer service skills. I would mention in this respect Mr. Sayed, the Manager, who has exceptional customer service. I would mention Nicole, in the reception, who is very helpful and prompt and Dinesh, in the room service, who is very professional. The professionalism of the staff and customer service level made me a returning customer to the hotel.

Sometimes, some noise is coming from the night clubs downstairs. However, it depends on the room place. some rooms are better than others in this respect.

I liked the fact the room was spacious and had a very good view ! It was close to the metro which I liked very much and made my movement fast easy and stress free ! Aldi just a hyper market just by the corner which was great the hotel helped me weigh my bag before I left for the airport !! The cleaners where so warm and friendly in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

This is a beautiful property in a great and convenient location. An impressive and very pleasant memory - when leaving the hotel, I forgot important personal things in the room - the attentive staff saw it in time and immediately called me - I managed to return and pick it up. Therefore, I sincerely recommend this hotel, which has a wonderful and attentive staff!

The hotel is organizing parties every night. Plus there can be seen some escort girls which is not pleasant especially if you are coming with kids/family. Even being on 7th floor you could hear the music from the ground area. I got a call at 2 am from someone offering me thai massage. I had to switch off the hotel phone during the nights.

The location is close to Al Rigga metro station with just few mins walk. Even though there are the night clubs at the ground floor, I was not disturbed by the noise as my room is on the 7th floor. Facilities in the room are nice.

The carpet is quite dirty, but the house keeper did an excellent job. My room was cleaned well every day.

Overall, I had a great experience at Al Sarab hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend Al Sarab Hotel.

Location is good, near metro Station, has 3 bars, Busy area, local markets nearby and good transport connections

Loud music from bars during night. Disturbing sleep. Not guest friendly

The location is very accessible. They are cleaning the room every day. Worth the price. They even provided us discount when I added 1 more pax during our stay.

You can here the loud music from the bar. You can still sleep at night but somehow you can still music at midnight.

The people working in the reception are very nice people and help everyone when they ask for help. The official who sits in the room behind them and only works in the morning is a very understanding and very understanding person and ready to help. I am grateful to him.

Good location for stay and accessible to train and resturant ! December season is the best to go for vacation

I don't like in the frist day i cant sleep because they cleaning the room in midnight fort of our room . So we cant sleep totally.
