Wonderful hotel in a good location. My family and I had a really good time there. Huge respect and thankfulness to all the hotel staff (for example Mr. Sheik Jaseem), who helped us a lot.

The receptionist (Ms. Hanneza) was very courteous and very attentive to my request while staying on the hotel. The housekeepers were also polite and efficient in making-up my room. The room and bed size was pretty comfortable for me. The location of the hotel is a plus - not so busy street, walking distance to/from the Metro, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and a mall nearby. Overall, it was a very good experience for me while staying at the Landmark Premier Hotel Al Rigga.

1. My apologies but the breakfast spread of the hotel is somehow a disappointment. It was too basic and how it looks is not that even appetising and a hotel guest can sense that there's no passion on how it was prepared. I hope the hotel management can take a look and action on this matter. 2. The handle/grip in the bathtub area is already loose even before I check-in the room. It is a safety issue because the bathtub is quite elevated from the floor and you really need use the grip/handle to assist you going in to the bathtub.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.

The breakfast options could have been better.

The cleaning staff was terrific Raihaan as well as Hussein and another bald Muslim guy As well as the security guard Manager was helpful as well

The Food can be improved Wifi needs to be fixed The bathroom can be done as well As the toilet was broken Hot water seems to be a issue at times Check inn needs to be done faster Other than that i enjoyed my stay and hopefully when i come back on the 30th of june I will see some improvement

The time they put for the pool was very bad. When we came back from city fun and wanted to use the pool, the pool was closed. It was closed even early in the morning. During a week, we could not use the iron, unfortunately

The hotel's accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and kept meticulously clean throughout my entire stay. Speaking of the staff, I cannot praise Ibin Thomas and Kaushal enough for their outstanding service Always wearing warm smiles, they greeted me each day with genuine enthusiasm and were ever-ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a home away from home. To the entire staff: Thank you for making my stay truly remarkable.

Actually we are hoteliers , my husband and I are used to work as a hotelier different five stars hotels and the location is good and the staff are assisting to us with warmly welcoming and the room is so comfortable and cool , clean and keep quiet with very affordable price and it will lead us wow moment and Check in and check out is so smooth and thank so much to Ann receptionist to assist us perfectly check in and check out and sure definitely we will choose your hotel again to stay , thank you so much and your service are amazing 😍🥰😁

The housekeeping guy working on 3rd floor and 4th floor Mr Sai Kumar and Mr Mohammad Rana always going extra miles to satisfy us. They were excellent in their job. Mr. Sathik the bellboy always helped us as far as possible with a nice smile always. The hotel managing team welcomed us warmly and made our stay just great and memorable... The hotel service and quality was excellent including F&B... The hotel tourist desk OHAB Tourism LLC did an excellent job in planning our visit in dubai, caring for our needs at all times. Special thanks to farid, shohel, and ohab for their wonderful job.

The location of the property and very close the Metro,The room cleaning boy Sai Kumar is very cooperative and his cleaning was very good , he will come every day in time for room cleaning for my total 10 days stay and Rahul is in the lobby for week received and very supportive for my stay.

Rooms are looking old as the hotel is old , so need some upgradeance

Great value for the money! The room is spacious and very well equipped. The location is good, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A 5 minute walk takes you to restaurants and the metro station. Being near the metro station means being just a few stations away from the airport, the huge mall and pretty much any other part of Dubai. A 10 minute walk takes you to a mall and some good restaurants. A short walk away from the creek, which is a nice place to just chill. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Wifi is weird, blocking some CDNs, which makes it impossible to access some websites. AC doesn't get very cold. On hot days, it's just ok.
