The location was excellent. The wide spread of breakfast items and cleaness of the restaurant was awesome. The staff remembered my group, our choice of breakfast drinks, and favorite table to sit in at. Lucia, one of the breakfast workers, was exceptional. She greeted us every morning we were there. I hope she gets to her dream place (Australia). Lucia was very nice, sociable, and professional. The staff accommodated me with a microwave in my room.

It is not the first or second time I have visited. There have been many times, but unfortunately the hours of stay were not extended on all visits. I was looking for 1 hour only , But unfortunately, it is not approved

Fabulous Resort with beautiful Lagoons all around . Very well maintained Resort with relaxing atmosphere and swimming in Lagoons is a unique experience . Staff is very courtious and helpful & always at your service .

I was OVER CHARGED for my stay at the Hotel . I booked my stay at AED 3906 , But was Charged AED 4875 at the property while checking in - which is almost AED 1000 extra . This was really annoying .

The hotel is exceptional, from the very friendly / helpful staff, to the facilities and on-site restaurants. We dined in most of the restaurants on site, and enjoyed all of the food on offer. Our room attendant Poriyantha was incredibly helpful, thorough and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable in our Lagoon direct access room. Overall, an awesome 4 days spent on site, wishing we'd booked for longer!

One minor criticism is that the beech watersports guys are on you, at every turn to book up an experience or trip. We did book a speedboat tour for 2 hours with them, which was truly amazing, and the sales guy Zoz was really good / helpful / friendly. But, everytime other members of staff caught sight of people walking down onto the beach, they were on them with a brochure. Not necessary to be that pushy, in my opinion.

Driving to Anantara onto the Palm you begin to feel relaxed. Once you arrived you are immediately welcomed and taken care of. Anantara The Palm's location and facilities are amazing and so relaxing. You could stay here without leaving with restaurants and facilities for families and couples of all ages. The rooms are well maintained and have great views and access to the lagoons.

For some the location my seem a little out of the way of the main hustle and bustle of Dubai. A taxi ride off the Palm is required. Although there is a free shuttle bus to/from Mall of the Emirates. Personally, I didn't find anything I didn't like.

We really enjoyed our stay here me and my wife, thank you Mr.Moustafa for the room upgrade as a baby gift as my wife was pregnant 😍

We stayed at the rooms with direct pool access. I recommend that one to everyone! Super comfortable that you can relax at your own terrace just by the pool. The food was also really great! I recommend booking with breakfast included. The food at the beach restaurant was also the best we had in Dubai.

I have been to the resort before and I was really looking forward to the tiny boats that serve coctails and fruits in the pool. Unfortunately they changed its structure, and now there are no fresh fruits decorating the boat, and the coctails are not made in the water with fresh ingredients, instead they are in cooler boxes. This was the only downgrade that I wanted to mention because i was really looking forward to this service! It looked so tempting before, and now it is just not as extra as before. I would recommend maybe adding fake fruits and flowers to the boats as decorations, so it has more of a holiday resort feel, and not just blue cooler boxes dumped into a boat.

This is a place that you go to when you want to disconnect, yet be close enough if you want a change of vibe. The resort is very calm, people are happy, staff go above & beyond to help you. Staying on an over water villa means you get a private host (they open a WhatsApp group and spoil you when you need anything). They attend to everything “immediately”, and I mean VERY QUICKLY! The restaurants on site were good, the beach was nice, clean with soft sands! I highly recommend it to people who want to go away but still remain close if they decide to visit the city once or twice during the stay. Ideally, you should stay here for 2/3 nights without leaving the resort to enjoy it fully! Thanks to the wonderful team at Anantara!

The next door hotel was soooo close to our over water villa so it didn’t feel private. Music was also loud from the next door hotel - something that can be avoided if you stay on the west side of the villas. Another thing was cost. We’ve travelled a lot and visited many similar resorts and we felt this was on the higher end for no added value. The price for one night is equivalent to a full board package in a similar hotel in Maldives, for example.

I think in holidays they are fully booked and that results in some mistakes. I booked access lagoon room which i love the most and stayed there twice before , but this time the room had many issues the tv wasn’t working and the balcony sensor wasn’t working so ac also wasn’t working and then there was leakage in bathroom they had to break pipe and they delayed in performing inspection which resulted that two hours of the sun was wasted for me , later maybe at 6 pm or 7 they transfered me to over water villa as a compliement, i understand mistakes happen but this was weird for me that room had so many issues and actually i love lagoon access room way more. But anyway great hotel

I loved this hotel greatly! It has a lot of greenery, beautiful and warm pools, the beach, several restaurants. We upgraded for the room with Lagoon access. In the morning my daughter (1,5 old) was swimming with me in the main pool, but in the afternoon we were swimming in the lagoon and taking a shower immediately after. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The coffee and variety of tea are great. Our bottle of water were refilled several times a day. We enjoyed the breakfast. Special thanks to the chef who cooked chicken soup for the baby daughter every morning. She is very picky with the food but she loved the soup greatly. We enjoyed the beach and the beach restaurant with kids menu. Also we went to the promenade outside the hotel along the palm. There is also a small shop in the hotel that sells grocery. We bought some fruit pure there and milk for the baby. Everything is perfect at this hotel and I am really happy that we chose it. Hope to come back
