Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Fabulous Resort with beautiful Lagoons all around . Very well maintained Resort with relaxing atmosphere and swimming in Lagoons is a unique experience . Staff is very courtious and helpful & always at your service .

I was OVER CHARGED for my stay at the Hotel . I booked my stay at AED 3906 , But was Charged AED 4875 at the property while checking in - which is almost AED 1000 extra . This was really annoying .

Anantara is a famous staple of the upscale Palm hotels. The Lagoon rooms are amazing with access to the lagoon pool 24/7. Big spacious bathrooms and the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! The Breakfast is a really good choice with a good mix of Cuisines. The Mekong restaurant did not disappoint. The hotel beach was amazingly close and accessible. I also booked the dining by design (private beach dinner) to propose to my girlfriend and the hotel staff were excellent at helping me organize a photographer and buggy for the meal. Really helped make the trip special. Would stay again.

The hotel has a bit of wear and tear. Be warned that some food and drinks from the hotels' different restaurants vary greatly in quality. We had an amazing meal at the Mekong Asian restaurant. But the Beach bar (same prices) had some awful food. I think we paid 90 AED for 'Loaded Nachos' which were basically a bag of chips with a dollop of sauces. When we sent it back the staff didn't seem too surprised.

We loved the whole resort, the excellent utilities, amenities, staff , the service, the comfort, choice of restaurants, the lagoon, beach, food!!! The staff helpfulness, hospitality, friendliness and professionalism. It was an excellent experience and stay. Will always stay here whenever we come to Dubai. In fact we will come to Dubai to stay at Anantara. Thank you to the whole fantastic team

very good breakfast and the swim in the lagoon is always very relaxing. The personal at check-in desk is very helpfull and professional.

Last day of our stay was the main pool dirty. The prices are high, but no one seems to care, as the hotel was booked out.

1) We had wonderful hosts in Riri and Minyar who helped make our overwater villa stay even more memorable. 2) Breakfast in the room was a great touch, particularly in Covid times, our breakfast service was also excellent and friendly. 3) The overall layout with 24hour lagoon pools, diverse restaurants, and good entertainment during the holidays. 4) Golf buggy shuttles throughout the property

1) The room was amazing and spacious. Given its size. it's too bad the layout could not have a separate room (ie: for kids). 2) The location in itself is really nice on the Palms, but it is a bit further to the main city if you want to leave. 2) Because the outdoor cushions on the beach and villa left out, the rain made them wet and they took a while to dry. It would be great to have them packed up every night when it rains, and also replaced on the villa balconies.

There seems to be a lack of management, especially in the food and beverage sector. Some guests were served by three people while others were waiting. Chaos during breakfast time.

Wonderful stay at the Anantara on the Palm for me and my husband February 2022. We stayed in a Lagoon Access Room. The room was spacious, very well equipped, and fastidiously clean. The lagoon access feature was really lovely. Most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the facilities and treatments at the spa were exceptional. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who all went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible! Highly recommended.

room was specious and clean, and everything that we needed was there. direct access to the lagoon was amazing and made the stay even more special. from the moment we arrived staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and nice. resort offers great facilities and it makes you feel like you are almost not in Dubai. great choice of restaurants with variety of different cuisines to cater for everyone. we tried asian restaurant Mekong and steakhouse bushman's and it was great. spa is amazing , very professional staff and reasonable price, highly recommend the 120 minutes couple massage.
