The general vibe of the hotel was good. Breakfast was acceptable, staff very friendly and the pool + private beach adds a nice layer to the experience. The regular buses to malls also were a great addition

Really only one thing is annoying. It takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to the "beginning" of the palm, plus there are no public transport options, other than a taxi. Where we paid like 70 AED for a trip to Jumeira beach, the metro+tram+monorail cost like 9AED. So it is very far from anything.

The staff !!! Best welcome ever ! If you are lucky on the day of arrival you will be welcomed by the GIANT mr Emmanuel!! Then at the reception you will meet Miss Sheymah or Miss Iman At the restaurant ask for Mr Ousama if you want a 5 star service . The diner buffer is not huge and confusing the quality of food is outstanding ! Many thanks to Miss Yvone And respect to Mr Mustafa the duty manager who is a real problem solver. The view from the beach is ace!

The coffee at breakfast is the most disgusting drink ever served (i guess its robusta not arabica) They offer to their customers an alternative from the bar but its not better If you want a good coffee from another bar next to reception you will have to pay. The TV never worked .the technician came and disappeared. They didn't offer an alternative.

The hospitality was superb, and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and made sure the guests were comfortable. I arrived early so I hung out by the beach and by noon my room was ready. They also accommodated my late check-out request. They also have a spa with an amazing service, I stayed there to unwind, and with the sea view room, and the sunset, how can I not relax! Special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mohammad Rafat, for his extended generosity. Highly recommend it. Oh, and there's a shuttle service (with a schedule) for nearby attractions/malls, etc.

Not much, so long as the property is regularly maintained. Its location is however a little farther than expected from malls and other attractions, though the shuttle service offers a certain level of convenience, the schedule and destinations are rather limited. So one might want to make special transportation arrangements.

The whole hotel staff were soo helpful and kind. The hotel was so beautiful & clean. The breakfast was real good , very good range. Also theres free shuttle bus service that allows you to go to a range of malls. Would reccommend 10000%. Wish I could go back. The pictures I have attached to this review are screenshots taken from a video as it does not allow.me to upload videos so the quality of the pictures arent the best however I assure you the pictures does not do the hotel justice.

The first day the hotel had all the lights& fountains on in the pool in the evening, the atmosphere was amazing. However for the rest of the stay the pool light wernt turned on and also the pool fountains were turned off (I'm not sure if this was because it was broken but this was the only downside) .

It was a really nice, clean and cozy hotel. Staff was always helpful! Even the all inclusive food was delicious. Loved the pool (and pool bar with delicious drinks) and beach. Also super helpful with the free shuttle bus to different malls!

Location is great with a beautiful view of the palm. Room and bed are very comfortable. Restaurants on site are good though limited in options but there are Restaurants around the hotel where you can go. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread

Everything was great , the loction , stuff, food all. Only the room was a little cold even with AC off .

In the hotel is a photo studio. So.... I would like say the services of this subcontractor is CATASTROFA!!!! Fortunately only subcontractor , not hotel hotelservice. Delivers with smelly old car ( tobacco smell in the car), during the program the driver go to eat , meanwhile we stay near the car 20 minutes, promise lunch in programme but the lunch KFC . the services fee is 1800 AED for 40 photos. After the programme for 40 + photo he want 2400 AED plus fee. He a simple ........!!!!! Avoid the photographer! The service not worthy of a hotel!!!!

The hotel is really beautiful! My room had a comfortable bed with stunning views of the pool / beach. There are also lots of amenities in the bathroom like mouth wash and a razor which was a nice touch! The breakfast is really delicious and there’s plenty of sun loungers to relax on during the day.

The mini fridge in my room didn’t work and I couldn’t work out where the switch was to turn it on. Being able to chill my water would’ve been ideal.

I traveled to Royal Central Hotel with my girlfriend. The people at the hotel are very nice and want to help with everything. Special thanks to Ajay from the housekeeping for cleaning our room so well every day! Also special thanks to lifeguard Henry for the great service at the pool area! The staff is outstanding. The hotel is located near the end of Palm Jumeirah. The location is great and beautiful, but you have to keep in mind that you have to travel about 30 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall for example. The best way getting there is by Careem Taxi, this will cost you 20EUR/20DOL/80AED. On the other hand places of interest like the Atlantis, Aquaventure and Aura Skypool are located near the hotel (about 5 to 10 minutes). We had breakfast at the hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast as it is difficult to find places to have breakfast in Dubai without traveling too much. The breakfast is good, nothing special though. You have eggs, bread, waffles and pancakes for example. The pool is great and the lifeguards are really helpful. The Hush bar at the pool offers great food for reasonable prices, but the soft drinks are expensive in my opinion. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to go to the Nakheel Mall, Dubai outlet, blue water Dubai, Dubai Hills and the Mall of the Emirates. This is a great service and will save you some money. It is a shame that the shuttle bus doesn't drive to the Dubai Mall as this is the most amazing mall in my opinion. But it is possible to take the shuttle bus to Emirates Mall and take the metro from there to Dubai Mall as the Metro is very cheap (only 4EUR/4DOL/16AED). Our stay at the Royal Central Hotel was very good and I would recommend this hotel.
