Ramah, at the reception desk, treated me very well, extremely accommodating and quick! Raj and the other staff also cleaned room nicely. The staff were all helpful with anything I needed. I came for a surgery, and it needed to stay longer. They were able to extend my stay as needed which I am thankful for. There are 2 grocery stores, salon, and pharmacy downstairs which saved me a lot of time and money. Also many other stores down the street. Enterprise drop off at a hotel in marina was amazing because I walked back to the hotel from the marina after drop off. Also you can walk to the marina faster than driving. There is a bridge that allows you to walk straight to the marina. Great view of the marina downtown

Happy Valentine’s Day! Armada is a special hotel full of special people. I always come back to this hotel but only because of the team. The way the front desk greets me and the way the armada family care for my needs. If you make this hotel a regular place to stay you will not regret it. People can come to a hotel for just one night but they don’t realise that some hotels are like a family and this hotel is a great family. It’s is run by an amazing manager and general manager and the best front desk housekeeping and hospitality team around! The housekeeping are amazing the front desk is so efficient and kind and the security staff are so helpful. The kitchen and bar staff are also amazing. I have been a lucky guest of this hotel for over 4 years now and the same faces are here from the wonderful person that first greeted me on the front desk who now works in the office in reservations. I will tell you to visit armada for the team! They are the best around.

The staff are so friendly and helpful

This hotel is so friendly and run like a family. That is why I choose it. Every hotel can make mistakes but what makes this team special is how they respond and how much they care about their guests. This is always my go to hotel in Dubai because I am a regular visitor and I need a good location and an organised efficient service. The front desk reception and bell men are amazing and the housekeeper staff also try so hard to do the best that they can. I would say to anybody to stay here and experience the kindness of this place. I always have with the lifeguards at the pool, too they are like my friends. I will come back next week and will mention a few special members of the team next week after my stay.

My flight was earlier than planned and I was checked in without issue well before the time on my reservation - lifesaver after a red-eye flight. The Wifi is in the rooms is great - I was able to make a zoom meeting without hassle or lag.

The only "issue" if I had to say anything was that it is located exactly halfway between two metro stations so if you're travelling with luggage you'll have to walk about 700-800m regardless of which one you get off at - not impossible but Dubai on foot with luggage will work up a sweat.

The location, the comfort and staff, wifi is everywhere!

Sound isolation wasn't enough, so I could clearly hear the next room having sex! The pool wasn't enough clean, windows outside where a bit dusty!

This property has an amazing team. They are so fast and efficient front desk. If you need extra towel or water they are so fast. The pool lifeguards are so friendly and the gym Is quiet. Location amazing and the hotel sits above three amazing places in Nola Mythos and Soon. I have day from the manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping to the restaurant and location you will not be disappointed. Fast! Efficient! Brilliant.

One of my best experience and I will try again and again we arrive before time for check in and we thinking we will not get the room but they show us how is hospitality it have to be and thanks for receptionist RAmah is so friendly kind nice have amazing smile even give us upgrade to premium and what we want exactly the room is so nice clean and nice view and balcony and all facilities in hotel is good And thanks again mr Ramah for everything you let us feel more welcome in this hotel
