Convenient location for visiting family. Not ideal if you’re wanting beach experience Dubai but perfect for exploring via metro/ tram all the sights. Comfortable and welcoming. Good sized pool for swimming lengths.

Struggled to alter air con temp. Even better if there was a drinking water tap to fill water bottles.

The guys at the reception desk particularly Wendeel were excellent as was Ibrahim the concierge. The room had all the comfort and amenities except that the layout could have been better.

The attitude of the staff in the executive lounge and the cook who prepared the eggs every morning at the breakfast bar. The bathtub drain was stuck and repairing it would have meant extensive work. The housekeeping was hit-and-miss. Some days on the spot and other days off. There was no phone in the front room which was very inconvenient. The location for driving in and out is not the most wonderful because you have to take long loops just to get out of there.

The staff is very exceptional especially Waseem who helped us a lot with the Rayna tour company that was acting funny, Ibrahim the Ugandan guy was so good, the Kenyan old man & young lady were so good not forgetting the Korean guy @ the reception& Depika in charge of breakfast all very good people 👌 The Breakfast 🧇 🍳🥞 was always yummy throughout our stay. Very good location near metro 🚈 that simplifies means of transport throughout Dubai 🤩 wow not forgetting the Breathtaking views of our room 1211🤗 it was the best view ever👌 Cleanness of the rooms 👌and comfortable Bedsheets 👌 I loved the bedsheets so much I wish u could recommend me the supplier I would appreciate it👌 Everything was excellent apart from the swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool that needs to be modernized.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, smiley staff.

A bit of dust in some high places in the room. I stayed in this hotel 4 times in a row during just 2 months and between some of stays I left a couple of cosmetics items in the room when I checked-out. I was away for business trip just for 4 days and when I was back I could not find the items in lost&found what was quite disappointing for me. The other thing is that I was informed previously that I am, being a loyal traveler, now a member of loyalty program and so I can get free lat check-out. But when I check-in last lime after just a month of absence, I asked for late check-out and the answer was that I have to pay for it first. So was also quite unpleasant thing.

It was a memorable experience in the hotel and we wish to stay here again. We got really impressed by the interior. Very nice cleaning staff especially a girl Thet she is very accurate and polite and a guy Amit also tried so much to clean up our room . Beside comfortable room and beautiful view the hotel has many facilities for the guests: swimming pool, gym, restaurants, spa.

I only booked for one day, and my stay was amazing. Not only was i given a free upgrade upon asking just once, the entire front desk crew was very welcoming. I booked Atlantis adventure Park tickets through their travel tour desk and saved around 60 AED and also the time. Coming to the room, the furniture had not been upgraded but it was very well managed. Upon arrival we were given complimentary sweets as a welcome gift alone with a hand Written personalised card. The bathroom waas super clean and had all the toiletries required which majority of other hotels in dubai don't put now days to save money. The room size was also amazing. Give a super spacious feeling. The best thing was that it was right next to metro station and a supermarket is right Infront and the best part is the lake that made my morning amazing Thank you so much Pullman Hotel for making my stay so perfect.

Generally all are awesome! Front office are so polite (Soraya) and Room Service & F&B (not sure about the names Zumit & Sumaya) Staff are friendly. Facilities and locations are perfect. Not a first time guest will definitely come Back.

Toiletries (shampoo,bodygel) containers are hard to pump.

Breakfast fantastic as always, wide variety, caters for all tastes. Staff, pleasant and helpful, always willing to assist. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Situation of hotel great, next to Metro station. Have stayed here many times, it’s my place to go to in Dubai.

Good location, 1 minute from the metro station. Big, clean and well equipped room with enormous bed. Clean bathroom with bathtub and shower. Have taken breakfast one time, good quality and choice of food, different types of coffee. Liked it very much.
