I liked the facilities at the hotel The claypot had exceptional food and the hurdle bar was a great way to entertain guests after a long day of touring Dubai . Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival

The breakfast staff need to be more polite and professional. We understand that there are specific timings for breakfast however one should practice being kind when asked about something. I witnessed an indian male staff while closing up the buffet be so rude to another tourist and I felt that was uncalled for . The female staff was exceptionally professional, helpful and kind the way one should be . Keep it up girls 💪👍🌸

Location is the best for reaching most places in Dubai. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and did an excellent job. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. We had 2 connecting rooms (2 adults and 2kids). We had a great view of the skyline. We will be staying again as location is ideal.

In room facilities-No iron/microwave which was needed with a toddler. Fridge size a little small. The cot we requested for our 13night stay was not given as other people in the hotel were using them. This should be mentioned clearly. However as we had 2 beds in the other room we managed. Food quality of room service needs improvement. For e.g. chips were double fried and hard -was not fresh. This could be something the hotel needs to work on. As we were out in the day this wasnt something we were bothered by as we ate out mostly. Noisy hotel for a family because of the bar/club downstairs. Sound-proofing needed.

1. Clean -- thanks to JOSHIM, our room always smells nice. 2. Free water bottles everyday, enough toilet paper to use, towels and bedsheets are changed everyday. 3. Smooth check-in and check out process. 4.We also liked the High So bar, their band, DJ and amazing staffs

1. Elevator is slow. 2. Hotel is far from the metro station. 3.Leak from the washroom faucet in our room 4. NOT all staffs in the front desk are approachable. One indian lady named Karishma has an attitude, she starts to speak Hindi with another indian staff when she just wants to dismiss me. She should learn from Miss Li/Lee from Myanmar when dealing with guests - professional but with a friendly manner.

Room view of city including Buruj al khalifa. Location was great accessible. A 24hr restaurant Al shoraffa near by and Mcdonalds. Luggage room with weighing scales to help work out weight allowance. Underground parking was available

No dedicated attendant to carry baggage to room but we did get help from staff.

I arrived at around 9am, the hotel seemed very busy. At reception I was attended by receptionist Mr Hussain who politely assisted me, as i was not feeling well he was very kind and gave me an early check in free of charge, I being disable was provided with a wheel chair. Mr Hussain went the extra mile, he came out of reception and assisted me to my room. The room cleaning was spot on, bed was very comfortable, room decor was simple and nice. location of the hotel is good in the centre of burdubai near to shopping malls, banks and other localities, taxis are easily available. Anything you ask for is well taken care of. Mr Raul thumbs up to you , your reception team is outstanding , special thankx to Bellboy (hes very hard working), Rohit and Hussain from reception. The washroom space is a bit tight as I was alone it didn't really matter. Room service menu is very limited and is expensive for a 3 star hotel , Past 2 days Internet connection was on and off. No toiletries provided. Shaving kit is chargeable. Dental kit free of charge provided on request.

The room was immaculately kept and spotless. The availability of tea, coffee, and a couple of bottles of water was a pleasant surprise. This establishment is an excellent choice for post-work socializing, with several restaurants and pubs conveniently located within the hotel grounds.

The check-in process tends to be sluggish because of the high volume of guests. However, this issue could be resolved by increasing the staff to reduce wait times. The elevators are consistently crowded, and there are often too many people lingering in the lobby area.

Facilities were more than I expected. This was my first trip to Dubai and I decided to carry everything including dental kit, iron, kettle, tea bags, coffee powder, sugar, bathroom kit etc. but I was happy to see everything available in my room including a small refrigerator and locker. The room was very clean which made me really happy. Also the availability of 3 restaurants in ground floor and the huddle bar made me even more happy and comfortable in this facility. Rooftop swimming pool and gym was an added bonus. Specially to mention the room cleaners Ramesh and the other person from Bangladesh were really good and sincere in their work. They work really hard all day to keep the rooms clean. Hats off to their effort.Thanks again to City Max for this facility in a prime location in Dubai which is close to everything.

I did see bed bugs in the room which was really disappointing. Room was clean but Hotel management should take care of spraying pesticides on a regular basis . Also the corridor carpets are so dirty and smells bad which can be improved. Other than that I enjoyed my stay in City max hotel.

The location is great, it was 15 minute walk to red metro line (which is very little for Dubai), there were bus stops nearby also good shops, restaurants and gas station nearby. Breakfast was okay althourgh there was generally Indian cuizine, which we liked because we got exposed to Indian culture as well. Hotel was nicely decorated for new years. They also have luggage storage which is not very clean, but is convinient.

Room was a little messy, there was send on the floor when we went it, however they cleaned it up upon request. One thing we did not like is that hotel does not have houskeeping untill 10AM, we arrived at 6am and wanted to purchace early checking (which was agreed upon in advance) however upon arrival they did not have available rooms, and we were not able to purchase it. It was a busy new years period and I think hotel would make more sales if they had cleaning staff for those nights.

Great, food menu was very good at breakfast. too much crowd i felt, please see how you can improve on table arrangements. it is fine and very good. It was my birth day as i checked in and the staff observed my date of birth and wished me and all around the reception wished, also as i entered the room, there was a cake with 'birthday wish' was sent to me, that was a real very good gesture that made be feel very good. these kind of small things will make a big difference. very good over all very good experience. next time if i visit i will opt for this hotel only.

do not allocate smoking room to a lady, (non smokers)

The breakfast spread was very good. The menu catered for Indian , Eastern and Western clients. House keeping was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. In addition there is a full time coffee shop and an Indian restaurant.There are two bars. There is a travel desk in the hotel manned by Rayna Tours who is a major tour operator in Dubai. We did all our local tours for two weeks through them. The service was excellent.
