I love the sweet smell of the building, pool and the staffs were friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. The property is not too far to local shops and metro. Compact and nice!

The breakfast is not that diverse because they focus more on the Asian / Arabian food. The food is the same everyday. It could have been better to have full English breakfast as well, or to sauté mixed peppers for the rice provided rather than bland rice.

The apartment is spacious, modern, clean ,quite,comfortable bed and sofa and the kitchen equipped with all what you need to cook.

It was difficult for us to get a taxi all the time and there is no one from the hotel to help us except the last night for us the nice guy at the reception call the taxi for us . The hotel is near to Lamer beach,dubai mall,citywallk .the other attractions are far.

The apartment was really good. Big, modern, clean, strong wifi. The personel was approachable, kind, professional. Solid microlocation, supermarket just 150m away. We used pool frequently, gym was well equipped. I would recommend this place, especially if you get good pricing (see bellow).

It's quite far from the metro. We knew that and like to walk, so no problem for us. But during the sumner it's probably a different story. Breakfast is a bit monotonous. We missed a bit the option of opening the windows. The most amazing thing are room prices. You can get the same room for 200€ Iike we did, or for 800€ the very next day. So, play with dates, because you can get a really good deal for this Dubai gem.

The location is okay. Not too far from downtown and somehow close by to the Metro station and also somehow close to the sea. Close to a major hospital and to the bazar. Supermarkets around. Therefore it is a good location The breakfast was rich but not for someone keen to be healthy. Very good bleack coffee.

Not the most healthiest breakfast. Heavy on carbohidrates and white flower products. For someone who is keep in keeping a healthy diet and shape the breakfast was bad. Probably because we booked the hotel through booking.com, therefore we paid less then regular customers, they gave us a room on low floor facing behinde. Therefor no good view and the sunrise was exactly on our windows making it impossible to enjoy the balcony because of too much heat.

excellent location in Bur dubai. fabulous staff and room service . very clean and neat . walking distance from metro station . whenever we called for something they always provided us right away. even they came in to show us how to use the washing machine. I would recommend this hotel if you traveling with family . if we are traveling to Dubai , Definitely will stay again ..

Very responsive staff that addressed most issues that came up. Very clean and superb decor in the room. It was a bit pricey though. 24 hour Supermarket nereby to pick up groceries. Travel desk that provided ideas about tourist attractions.

Cable TV... inadequate. Breakfast options. Needs to be expanded as well but the kitchen staff were great. In a very busy area . Easy to get transport but may intimidate anyone that wants to take an evening walk. I checked out by 10pm and expected some discount since my payment was to last until 12 noon the next day.

Best hotel apartment I’ve stayed in, I was actually a returning guest. It’s very easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel. The hotel is not very far from a number of popular places mostly within a 5-7km radius. At the moment it’s my favorite hotel apartment. Extra point for always smelling good and fresh. Extra Point for outstanding Housekeepers especially Maite Bhushan

Not that I ever watch much TV but there are very few offerings in English I don’t remember finding BBC or CNN also Sports channels showing Europe football would be great.

During our first visit in a standard 2 bedroom apartment everything was just perfect very nice polite friendly staff who went out of their way to satisfy their guests. Everything we asked for was delivered in a matter of seconds. Special thanks to Usha and Mite who were really an example of good hospitality. In general I recommend this hotel to everyone and u will NOT regret it. Thanks a lot dear team

In our second stay in a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment it was copy and paste of standard 2 bedroom apartment. This was our first disappointment as the photos in booking.com showed something else . Also washing machine and dishwasher had a very bad smell . The AC in the 2nd room stopped working in the middle of the night although they sent someone as soon as they learned of this problem . In. Still they one of the best staff and we have been to many many hotels

My request not to see the cemetery view was GRANTED! Huge screen TV added a plus factor with the relaxation. Not over crowded.

Staff- accusing me that there is someone who approached them that there is a n Indian guy who entered our room named NITIN with a car. Infact non of us brought a car! The other receptionist was polite enough to stop the other guy of his assumptions or...accusations!
