Staff service is too nice. The rooms are nice with good technology. The wifi is good enough not fast but it does the job.

Parkings underneath the hotel are too tight if you are not careful enough you will damage your car. The hotel is a bit old needs a renewal to the facility.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff are very warm and responsive from the reception desk to room services to the amenity personnel. Shoutout to Mike who was very helpful from day 1 of our stay. He assisted us in all our needs and very accommodating. He made our stay more worry-free. Shoutout also to Heidi, the spa masseuse and 5F overseer. We had a great time enjoying the 5F amenities because of her. Some made use of the jacuzzi, some had body scrub while I experienced her so relaxing massage. She also assisted me to the sauna which I planned originally to stay for 15 mins but extended to 45 mins.

The design of the room, comfortable bed, very polite staff, really good shower in the bathroom, variety of food options at breakfast, nice swimming pool on the roof, daily room cleaning. for those interested in swimming there is bus no 8 nearby taking you along the coast to the best Jumeirah beaches in about 40 min. there is also a lovely beach at Al Mamzar.

the furniture and the carpet are a bit outdated and are in need of renovation. the tv wasn't working. it was strange not to find an espresso coffee machine at breakfast in a 4star hotel, only cheap instant coffee... the area around the hotel is not particularly pretty, i must say though i never felt unsafe walking around. unfortunately the gym was only open from 9am which is really late given that the breakfast ends at 10.30. and the swimming pool would close at 6pm for some reason. I think the biggest issue for some people may be the noice from the airplanes which fly right over the hotel. it didn't bother me as i used earplugs but for those with sensitive sleep that could be a problem.

The room was nice, we had a tub which we really like. Location was not the best but I guess you get what you pay for. We liked the room size and bed the best. We stayed during high season so I guess that explains the price but overall, I think it's an okay hotel.

I didn't like that it took a bit long before we got checked in but were later on informed that the people who were attending to us were trainees which was obviously fine if that was the case however, no superior was there to supervise them. They did try their best to help us though.

The workers responsible for cleanliness, especially Aisha, were highly refined and meticulous. Also, the reception staff were amazing in their dealings, particularly the Filipino and Indian girl who treated us with great respect and courtesy."

Hues boutique Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the level of service from receptionist Lauren and housekeeping supervisor Dilshan was exceptional. The security staff was also top-notch. Every detail of the hotel was simply delightful. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!
