The property and the people running it are amazing..anything I write is less for prsise them..the location and view from the floor is heaven..amazing eateries along the promenade plus supermarkets for daily items nearby...and special mention to the housekeeping staff who were corteus enough to clean our room at 10 in the night because my little daughter had regurgitated the milk all along the bed..thank u for everything

Just that the 2 bhk apartment doesn't have a balcony overlooking the marina which they have written already..

In Dubai marina, overlooking the meandering Marina walk -you can walk to and are spoilt for choice with the thousands of fancy and normal restaurants all along the walk. 2 min across the road is Sobha Realty Metro station which is the Red line to the centre of Dubai( Burj and Souks 30 -45min ) and the airport ( 45 min to 1 hr) . You can get to the JBR Tram service and via that to Palm monorail from the nearby Dubai Marina Tram station. Taxis easily available by flagging them down or via Careem app. The hotel apartments are manned 24 /7. Very quiet , many lifts. We had a 10th floor, 2 bedroom family apartment. Fabulous marina view from bedrooms esp lit up at night. Total blackout curtains. Spacious with ensuites + another separate toilet . Large living dining with Balcony overlooking city. Kitchen has crockery cutlery and basic utensils, no condiments. Has microwave kettle, toaster Dishwasher, Washing machine , airer, iron& board. Daily cleaning and bedmaking service. Powerful air-conditioning in all rooms. Good WiFi. The amount of space and comfort in the apartment is very relaxing and enhanced our holiday

Minor issues :Coffee mugs needed alongside cups please. Towels are a bit worn and tired. Wider variety of international TV channels would be welcome

Huge property loads of space with everything a family needs. Apartments are cleaned daily and beds are very comfy! Great spot to walk around the marina, walk to jbr or hop on the metro to the larger malls - you can also walk to marina mall. Second time here and would recommend

A few slight issues in apartment itself not a big issue but if fixed would give 100% - walls near far bedroom looked like someone has dropped something and it had dried in on walls would benefit from repaint as well as some fixes to door stop in en-suite and update to the bath but none of these items where a big issue. The location is perfect, ideal for the beach, train, marina, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The apartment was very comfortable for 5 adults. The facilities were good, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We loved the swimming pool too.

The apartment is tired, some cleaning had been missed. En suite, dining chairs and there was a hole in the bed sheet which had been repaired. Which we didn't find until bed time. However, the bed was massive so, it couldn't be avoided. Having said this, I would stay here again. It would be nice to have a coffee machine for coffee pods. However, you can have coffee delivered from the supermarket.

Very comfortable spacious apartment with full kitchen. Free upgrade to 2 bedroom on check-in. Front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is fully kitted. Large living and dining areas. Shower has great pressure.

Cleaning staff are not consistent. Water and coffee were not provided daily. Their is some black mold in the shower, definitely need to hard clean the showers with bleach. Smelled like bug spray when I first went in the room. Gym staff are rude.

We stayed 4 nights and we hung the "dont disturb" label at our door. Nevertheless, we received 3 times telephone calls if we need room service!! Twice at 3 pm and another one at 9 am!!! In all cases, we were sleeping!! Each time I explained that we don't need room services and in case, we need we will let them know! Nevertheless, they continue their "business as usual", as if I was talking to a wall! That was really not respectful for the clients and it was a nice example of uselessness if the management! Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and polite.

Location, size of the rooms and living room. Balcony was nice. Security staff were great and always so helpful booking taxis.

Had to ring up many times for baby cot linen, to the point I had to come all the way down to reception and get it myself. Hot water was an issue. We were told after one person uses the shower you have to wait 15/20 mins for water to warm up again before another person can use it. Not very convenient. Staff were ok but not very responsive and had to be followed up many times.

The room was clean, large, and with a nice view! The location is amazing. There are lots of good restaurants around, and it's close to the metro. And the staff were very friendly. The apartment has great cooking facilities.

The fact that water is not includes in the room service and they charge you for it, while you are spending +360$ every night, is a little annoying. It feels better if they get 362$ per night and bring the water without extra costs! 😁

The accommodation was a lot larger than expected which made for a great surprise when me and my friends arrived. The balcony's had amazing views over the Marina. It never got old looking out at that view. Reception staff and security always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to all.

Be aware that the mosque does go off quite early in the morning around 5am and it will wake you. It's very nice to listen to the rich culture still within the area but was a little surprised the first night!
