Staffs were good, and especially the kitchen staffs "Abhay and Veenit" were exceptional in their room service. Would recommend to any one to visit Mercure and take services form especially these two staffs for Room Service.

Constant smell in the Toilet room was experienced, but on request House keeping helps to eliminate it, however still smell would persist, that was the only issue faced.

Clean and hygienic hotel which is perfect for families. No noise issue at 2nd floor of the right side of the building. Free water bottles, coffee, tea etc provided at each room cleaning. Check out was extended for a while on request. Location is a bit far from metro station, so can be a bit difficult to walk there with kids but RTA bus station is right in front. Super and mini market beside the hotel and local, fast food restaurants and cafes are on walking distance.

Fridge in one room wasn't cooling properly, however i used the one in the other room i had. Slippers and dental kit is provided on request so do ask (they didnt mention this, i got to know by chance). It's also difficult to find a big Hala Van on the main road, maybe due to area so prepare beforehand.

I like the most the rapid response of any staff upon my request. How friendly the room service Ajith who was very clean, honest and respectable during my whole accomodation for the 20 days. I like that the room was having a desk including English Quraan, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom is always clean, the AC is very good. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, there is Nesto hypermarket, Shiekh Zayed huge mosque, nice non-brand cafes and restaurants surrunding the hotel. In which it is not over expensive for a location full of hotels. Also a petrol station beside the hotel. The quite, calm and non crowd surrunding the hotel location. I like how there was free parking all the 24 hours with an automatic availble gate. Also the roof pool staff is very friendly especially Shidu the life guard.

I didn't like the strengh of the toilet flash which is not very high quality, Also for room 431 one of the electric plugs was not stable and sometimes its electric goes off for 2 seconds and continously need my attention when I charge my mobile. The crowns of the water bottles are hardly open. The parking sometimes smells bad and it has a section of storage beside the cars.. in which doen't look good for parking appearance. However such things didn't harm me except for the smell and the appearance.. as such appearance is not good to be shown for vip guests. I recommend to upgrade the rooms furnitues as it looks old. However they were in perfect status.

Friendly staff, good location, overall good facilities

Very wet air, wet blanket and pillows, probably, problems with air condition system, windows are not allowed to open and they are always shut down. Those were really disturbing.

- lovely spacious room - beautiful bathroom with large mirrors and great glass shower. Amazing water pressure in the shower and very nice hot water! - Bathrobe and slippers and other things on request. - lots of storage - few free shuttle buses a day to go to La Mer beach and shopping malls, including Dubai Mall. - 2 supermarkets next door.

Because of noise from ventilation system at the roof, didn’t enjoy the pool area as much as I would have liked, although views from the roof terrace are nice, specifically in the evening. Staircase leading to the rooftop is quite dated.

We stayed 3 weeks and we had wonderful experience at the Mercure Gold hotel, Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff, Special thanks to Sheidu and Ravi for their help with our kids in the swimming pool, All staff were delightful and eager to help! For my birthday, the staff prepared special Cakes in ou room and it was a real amazing surprise 😄 Thank you again! Will recommend to my friends!

Location of the hotel is Good. the staff from restaurant - Pankaj, Sunita; were really kind.

I had paid extra for late checkout, and I was told by the reception staff that I can checkout latest by 6 pm. However, the reception staff called me at 4 pm and asked to checkout or pay more. this was extremely bad on the part of the hotel.

loved the location, easy to get to all the Dubai attractions but also nice to walk around. We walked back from La Mer one day and it was a nice walk. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable and free bottled water was provided. The gym was adequate although air con wasn’t in early in the morning. Rooftop pool was great for the kids to have a swim. There’s a supermarket next door which was handy for drinks and snacks.

It was very noisy - there’s a club downstairs playing loud bass until at least 3am and a Bollywood club just a couple of doors down. Our kids didn’t get a duvet with their sofa bed just a scratchy blanket. We had to request extra towels as only got 2. Shower wasn’t great, hot and cold. Room wasn’t serviced until day 3.
