Extremely friendly staff who are helpful and quick to respond. Cleaning staff did an exceptional job everyday. Great location to reach any place in Dubai without a sweat. Good restaurants serving well cooked food.

The property is really showing its age or the maintenance staff are not doing their job well. Our bathroom had a very slow drain and was propped up with a bottle cap and flooded every time. The shelves and wash basin were also very dirty and rusted. The switches were comical to fathom, you have to use the same switches and hope one of the times the lights you wanted turned on or off. The wardrobes could have had a few more shelves.

They provided a good parking, we had a late check-in and the reception gave us a warm welcome. Facilities were all great and in good condition. Room service was fast, we didn't have to wait long when we requested small things like tissue, comb, or ash tray.

I really have no words to describe how amazing the services are at this hotel. Starting from reception, tourist desk (thank you so much Thara, you helped us a lot), restaurants to cleaning (thank you Prashnant for your service) and the employees who helped us ordering Uber and cars to travel around the city and to Abu Dhabi. Every employee we met tried to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel has a central position, near the Museum of the Future. You can reach the metro very easy if you want. The rooms are big, modern, with all the needed amenities & refilled every day. Thank you so much for the birthday surprise! We highly recommend you to everyone! We only had dinner and breakfast, but the food was good and the prices were affordable. Also, you can receive some discount coupons for their restaurants.

The fact that there are no European sockets (but you can have an adaptor from the reception). We had some issues trying to stop the air conditioning.

Beautiful furnishings. Had everything I needed. Good location. Excellent staff. Muhummed the person who checked us in, to the manager. Mohommed and also Shabham. All you staff are so respectful. My room was cleaned perfectly every day.

I feel that your hotel will mostly be filled with attendees to an event at the world trade centre and the walk is a bit far especially if you are in a suit and carrying books etc. your name says courtyard marriott at world trade centre. You should at least offer one shuttle going at 7:44 and one returning at 17:00. You should also offer reasonable airport transfers. The breakfast choices could be bettee

Hi, overall experience was amazing. The purpose of choosing Marriott was due to its location in the close proximity of the Trade Centre where the Gulf Food was being held. It was walking distance however not close enough due to which I feel the hotel could have provided a shuttle service. Moreover, I must say, the service provided at the front desk was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles & genuine hospitality; especially Osama & Mohammad. The staff at the front desk, especially Osama & Mohammad were not only professional but also incredibly helpful. They were knowledgeable about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options, providing valuable recommendations to enhance my stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met truly impressed me. Check-in check-out processes were smooth & seamless, contributing to a stress-free experience during my stay. Additionally, any inquiries or requests I had were promptly addressed, reflecting the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Dubai and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel’s location is really good, offering easy access to many of the city’s attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. A notable convenience was the check-out time at 12:00 PM, which allowed for a more relaxed morning without the rush. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Dubai for both leisure and business travelers seeking a comfortable, well-located, and friendly place to stay.

This review is for a recent stay in the beginning June 2023. Hotel: First impressions the hotel looks great, modern. The lobby is large with beautiful detailing in design and that new hotel feel. Car parking: Plenty of free parking available on site in the underground car park. Location: Perfect location being in the middle to all of what we wanted to visit, La Mer beach, Dubai Mall wasn't too far, journey from DXB was also not far at all. Room: The rooms are spacious and modern, the room was very clean. Great walk in shower and bathroom was nice and spacious again modern look too. Breakfast: Friendly and very polite staff at the breakfast, Large variety of breakfast to choose from, coffee machine available, karak tea and juices. I enjoyed the omelettes / fried eggs made fresh by the chef. Plenty of space to sit down and eat and again great decor. Dinner buffet: On one evening we ate at the hotels restaurant located on the ground floor and the buffet was delicious, great tasting food and a large variety of Indian dishes and lovely desserts. House keeping: Great service from the house keeping team, room was made very nice and complimentary water provided. Pool: Pool was great on the top of the building, nice views and nice seating area, very clean changing and top shower facilities available beside the pool area, I like the lockers in the changing rooms have digital combination locks so no need to take coins or your own lock! Gym: The gym is great, I believe its open 24 hours, plenty of free water and towels! Has all basic equipment there, just right for a quick holiday gym session. During my stay there was an unforseen issue which i raised to the staff at the front desk, this was immediately resolved! I truly believe customer service is extremely important and during my stay the staff most definitely went above and beyond to provide that high level of customer service.

Nothing to dislike!

Besides the room we liked the restaurant downstairs, it was great to grab a quick dinner after the conference. Nice food and extremely kind staff - even when we went down at midnight on our day of arrival after our plane had been delayed. Special thanks to Samed for serving us so kindly. At reception Oussam, the night receptionist is a superstar, and Robin is the kindest and bestest help with luggage and everything I have ever seen. Thank you so much! (also thanks to Mohamed at reception for the speedy checkout and for making us laugh)

Convenient location. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Stayed only for a few nights but I felt so at home. The rooftop area has a lovely view especially at night. The staff was wonderful. Despite having some initial card connection issues, Osama from the front desk was quick, efficient, witty , funny and made us feel at ease. Michel at the front desk was also quick and efficient when I requested to switch rooms when I had an issue with the room placement - I especially observed how well he treated his staff members whilst on night duty. Shirline from the front desk booked a cab for us from her own phone because we didn't know how to book a taxi and had to go out. Truly a kind touch. Tara at the tour desk was friendly, very attentive and took time to explain to us the different tours available. She was always ready to assist and took the time to have a friendly chat with us when we came to the lobby. Monalisa processed our checkout - she was very sweet, made us feel absolutely at ease, relaxed and even gave us suggestions on activities to relax while we waited a few hours after checkout . Israfii was the housekeeping staff who would tidy our room. His attention to detail was amazing. He had made a towel swan for our room on the first day and had carefully placed it on the bed for us. I especially noted how he kept my vitamins bottle neatly and uniformly right in front of the glasses. Very impressed. Rahul from the front staff was extremely attentive. A gentle giant, always kind, friendly and ready to help.. He was always ready to help us with our bags every time he saw us - from check in, to shopping bags to check out and finding taxis. Another special note on the Sri Lankan gentleman in the housekeeping department at the lobby: my shoe broke and I requested glue for me to fix it myself.

Pretty solid buffet breakfast, right down to the karak tea. Wifi had its moments of being a bit inconsistent, but for the most part it was fine. Staff were helpful as always. Rooms were clean and well attended to. Fitness facility was fine. Not the biggest, but no real complaints.

Location is a bit inconvenient, a little bit of a walk to get anywhere (plus it seems like any time we had to go anywhere by taxi or uber, a U-turn was involved which at times ended up making the trip take longer than walking)
