Swimming Pool Floor needs repair

The service was excellent. The property, facility, and my room were amazing.

The entertainment in the room. Channels need to be updated. Mostly Arabic or European channels only. Need access to more English channels. Even the free-to-air MBC channels would be great. I was not allowed to connect my external device to the TV to access my movie library.

Breakfast was cold.

I requested two beds, upon arrival there were no more two beds. Was placed in a suite because of that. Had a bad experience with a front desk employee who called a taxi for me on 6/17/22. He got a local taxis that over charged me a lot of money and drop me off at the wrong location. I missed the yacht sailing time. He called another taxis for me to the Mall and yell at me stating “this is the taxis I ordered for you I gave you the ticket number”. He was very rude and acted very unprofessional. The taxi driver said he treated me very bad, because he open the doors for other guest and speak to them nicely. These two experiences I had with him I would not recommend the hotel to no one.

If you travel to Dubai, especially for business trips, you need to be careful about distances and traffic jam. Accordingly, if you need to be in the downtown more than other zones, this hotel is located in one of the best locations. You will save a lot on time and taxi fare. The room, had good view and lighting, comfortable bed and very important to mention that it was quite! That is important in Dubai with many construction sites all around the city. The facilities in my room were good. And the closet was large. The outdoor swimming pool was one of the best I have experienced in my many travels to Dubai. I really liked it. The staff at reception were very kind and friendly, also very helpful on my demands that I'm very thankful for.

The breakfast was unfortunately very disappointing. I could not believe to have that in one the very well known hotels in Dubai.

Only the reception manager I forgot his name a young man from india

I was waiting for check in there is only one lady and one man in reception I ask. The lady where. Is manager she said next counter I was surprised manager doing check in there is no other staff but the manager was so fast he did check in so fast I was really disappointed at first but after meeting this manager I cool. Down and even I give the rate 10 only for him I definitely visit again to this hotel just because of that man I think his name was dankar but good hospitality I got from him. They really need to upgrade the property with latest amenities

I wanted to let you know about a situation I encountered when I arrived from Canada. Unfortunately, my phone adapter doesn't fit into the hotel outlets here. When I asked for an adapter, I was told that the hotel no longer provides them for guests. I wanted to suggest that it might be a good idea to have at least a few outlets with adapters available for travelers like me. This would make things a lot easier for guests who come from different countries and have different plug types. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

The Property is in the prime location of Dubai,where i could see the tower from my room as requested.Room is awsome and great cleanliness but only things is the carpet at the floor is on the way to the room is full visibilities of the black marks and full coloured stains The F&B associates are during The B/F fully rushed and working very hard and warmly welcomed by a lady & a Gentlmen at the entry area of the B/F.

I didnot liked the floor at the pool side with full of the damaged stains from the cement stones could be and big tasks for the Management spending to fix it ,once fixing it the place will be amazing during the weekend.

Location was great. Central between the two Malls making taxi fares reasonable. The staff allowed us to use the shower facilities after we checked out in the morning, but our flight was later that night, and we came back from a Dune Safari covered in sand. They were very accommodating and understanding.

The bathrooms could be maintained better and the finishing eg. grouting could be of a better standard. Would have liked a bathmat to get out of the shower instead of wet floors and the risk of slipping.

I’m a regular guest and I’ve extended four extra days and I’ll always come back. especial thanks to Mr Basha and his colleagues for making my stay very comfy and easy as always

although I’ve spent more than one month at the property and no one can help me to make a membership loyalty and they say it has to be done through the hotel website and I wish that any one can help and me cause every book I made I received a massage that I’m eligible to add it to the loyalty program so please if any one can help I’ll appreciate it

Mr. Dinakara Shetty was absolutely helpful! My recent stay at this hotel was fabulous! Special thanks to Mr. Dinakara Shetty at the front desk for his incredible help and understanding. It took him literally mere seconds to upgrade me to business suite since my booked room was tight. He went above and beyond his call of duty and managerial responsibilities to make each and every guest comfortable. This hotel ought to be proud that such an outstanding employee works for it. Good job, Dinakara!
