I didn’t like the cars lexuis car because they give us different price every one ,, please check with them and they have to put price list .

The facility and service is not as good as the hotel, you will definitely feel the difference between a deluxe room and the residence

In dates we stay there was some construction going on the site and at breakfast it was impossible to stay on the terrace. I would think it would be better if construction activities start after the time of breakfast , unfortunately it wasn’t the case and we eat our breakfast accompanied by the terrible sound of heavy machineries.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and superb in every aspect! We stayed in a room with Burj Khalifa and Fountain view and we loved everything about our stay. The room was so spacious, clean and modern, every little detail was carefully designed for our comfort. The friendliness of the staff and the customer service are just exceptional and I can say we had the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to be treated with greatest care and attention as well as enjoy the most beautiful interior and really outstanding views of Burj KHalifa and Dubai Fountains. We had a special occasion to celebrate as a couple and the staff organized for us the best welcome treats and made our room so beautiful and romantic! Not only this but we also received the most beautiful bouquet with red roses on the second day of our stay because we had also a birthday celebration apart from our special occasion which was the primary reason for us choosing this hotel. We have the warmest feelings and will keep lovely memories from our stay in absolutely fabulous hotel and we can’t wait to return again!

Nothing really! Everything was just exceptional and with the highest quality!

Breakfast was very good, although on some days there was a queue, so be prepared to wait a few minutes. I loved the food in the lobby lounge! Had dinner there 4 nights! The young (Indian?) concierge with the gorgeous eyes was very helpful when I lost my creditcard.

Well two things I did not like: 1. the shade umbrellas at the pool are way too small!! I mean, we are in the middle of the dessert, almost 35 degrees, and it is impossible to lay down in the shade at the pool! I honestly don't understand why they don't have normal size shading umbrellas. 2. the overload of female 'companionship' in the evenings at the lobby, at the salon near the elevator, ... I mean, don't worry, I'm very openminded , and it's a job , but... At some evenings there was barely enough space in the lobby lounge to have my dinner, because tables were occupied by the ladies, waiting for a guy to pay for drinks (and more of course...).

noisees from the restaurants there! we heard the noisy music from our room. there were two restaurant that played the music till 2:30 am!

Not suitable for wheelchair users especially to go the boulevard which was the only way to go to the boulevard is through Dubai mall and take long walk to get elevators and the to the Main Street which was full of bumps and walking between cars! The hotel should have an elevator directly to the boulevard or shuttle service for wheelchair users!
