I liked the design and the breakfast was good. the staff were polite and nice. the stay was comfortable. Divine, lady at reception was amazing and the staff, Mr. Ravi was very helpful. As my husband had a leg injury he was unable to walk. Ravi came forward with the wheel chair and extended support. The restaurant staff were also very good.

the room was small. no steam room and jacuzzi. no games room. i was hoping for a pool table atleast. There was construction work on one side and hence the view from our window was not good.

Room cleaning was very poor. When we arrived there was a strange smell and blood on one wall. The cleaning staff sprayed something for the smell and scrubbed the wall clean. The bath mats were on the bed. There was also trash found later behind the door and in the drawers. Every day the cleaning staff forgot to give us clean towels or replenish the coffee/tea or water. Every day, we had to ask for this. The bathroom sink looked worn and cracked and did not drain water - this is a design flaw. The shower drained poorly too. There is no wardrobe, just a very small rail. The choice of breakfast is poor and the service slow.

A very unique and understated Dubai hotel - perfect mix for work and leisure and nestled nicely within Studio City which is 20 min cab ride from all major Al sites. I had a spacious one bed apartment on the 9th floor to accommodate my family of 4 which had a nice view of the Marina and JLT skyline in the distance. The venue had a wonderful mix of bars and fine dining outlets. The Italian Restaurant Larte is up there among the best pizza and pasta across the city. Special thanks to Ravi, Priankya and Morning - who made me and my families stay like we was living at home and on holiday.

Nice hotel, many restaurants on site so great choice. Staff are great, very friendly and i like this. Room was cleaned well every day.

Swimming pool is totally shaded for the day. If you want to lounge around for the day this hotel is not for you, bear this in mind. Shower door leaks. The door needs to be brought inward as it created a channel for the water to escape in the corner and flooded the floor. Was quite bad. The drain blocked? Was shaving and had the water running and my feet got wet. Looked down and the floor was flooded. I lived with it as did not want a maintenance team during covid coming in and out of the room.

Front desk staff were lovely. Very helpful and helped me load up my bike with water to cycle as I was going to AQ a couple of times while I was here. The gym is well equipped. There is a salon and plenty of food options with Maine and the Mexican etc right next door. Also, right next door to Boxica so had an option to do some indoor spin classes. In terms of location for the cycle track this hotel is ideal and it is incredibly easy to get taxis there and back so I will definitely be here again.

The breakfast is Ok for the price once you add in the cost of coffees. The pool was a tad warm when I went in, but to be fair I was in it in the middle of the day so a tad hot outside as well.

From the moment i stepped through the door, it was perfection. The staff was amazing, the smell was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't need anything. Everything was basically on show and easy to find. The outside area is amazing with a very relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms are spotlessly specious. The beds seem very big and are very comfortable, the shower is nice and powerful. I have paid dubble the price i paid to stay here for much worse places to stay. Will definitely be visiting again with the family

everything, we were a family who booked 4 rooms there 6 adults and 6 kids and for the first time i did extend my stay for sure to spend more time with my family but what was so encouraging is the comfort we had at this hotel . been to dubai for more than 20 times and did try most of the 5 stars hotel and never ever met such a great staff like the one this hotel . the people there are so professional and very friendly and made our stay memorable . lilly , ravi and his colleague from mombai , younes , bianka “ forgot the rest of names sorry for that “ 3 ladies from philippine were extraordinary as well , the egyptation guy ! everyone in this hotel please accept my highly appriciation ! we loved you all . for anyone who is going for a family trip this hotel is the best in dubai . room , facilities , variaty of resturants … and for sure on top of this the staff there THE BEST IN DUBAI with BEST STAFF ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The place was simple but cosy and very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful n good value for money The staff were all excellent. I could not name any so as not to disappoint the others. They all went out of their way to accommodate us. Good restaurants and activities till late

Bunk beds were not really my taste. I think the hotel set up is more for teens and young adults: i feel they'd have appreciated it more.

The theme of the hotel, the cleanliness and the staff.

I booked triple bunk bed room but i was given a room with four bunk beds all separated. Which in the photos is showed but also they showed there is a king bed with a bunk bed above. As the reception stated that room design was all booked. Breakfast is buffet and you choose a dish from the menu. The buffet wasn't so great but the fresh items ordered from the menu were delcious (you get 1 dish and 1 drink per person though). Another thing the toilet door is frosted glass which shows where is the person who is using it. For a family I didn't like that.
