A surprisingly good hotel, clean and well designed, good services, extremely helpful staff and properly sized rooms with decent bathrooms. The AC isn't too noisy, and the views are decent. Two supermarkets are literally next door within walking distance.

The location is certainly 'off the beaten path', but you get a better price than other hotels in the area. Traffic is annoying at peak rush hour times to go to and from the hotel.

sofa bed might have a better comfort. Each time turning around was accompanied with a great sound. There are many good optiona available in the market.

First impressions of the hotel was the scent. The reception area was scented beautifully. There were 8 elevators servicing 27 floors so there was never more than a 30 second wait. We ate at the Fire Lake restaurant, food and service excellent. Breakfast at Hessa St restaurant was very well laid out with so much choice and plenty of seating. The Hills Pool bar area was my favourite place to relax. Room was spotless and housekeeping very good. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful ambience. There is building work opposite but noise was minimal. There is a small mall a 3 minute walk away with a Spinneys, Costa and Starbucks.

The 26th floor rooms are below the restaurant and could be a little noisy from moving tables and chairs late evening.

The hotel was very good and for us; the position was very good too as we were visiting family nearby. The price was good presumably as it a long way from the touristy areas, however that is exactly what we wanted. So no complaints at all. The one thing most notable was how good all the staff were. There were absolutely no exceptions, all the staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times.

We did have to swap rooms but only because of constant noise above us during the night from (presumably) other guests. The hotel staff made this very easy for us and again were exceptional. If I were to be super critical, a slight negative point was that the bathroom in our first room had a rather odd smell (which we could live with) but the smell was much stronger when we moved to the second room. I didn't feel like moving to a third room so we just got used to it! My guess is that the odd smell was coming from the drains as the bathrooms in both rooms looked very clean, so obvious source.

Hi, in general we liked the stay, but the only problem was that daily cleaning of the room wasn't there. It wasn't clean, trash was accumulating in the room, this part wasn't very satisfying. Other than that, all was good.

I liked staff attitude and profesinalism with customers such as Roman and yasmin who i can remember their name.

There is only one lady staff in the breakfast resturant who i have seen bad attitude of her in our past visit to this hotel, she is still there and bring flash back to her poor attitude😁

Lovely hotel with great staff. Zohaib, Amina, Cindy and Susan were all really helpful as well as the front desk staff and the valet parking team. Facilities were good. Our room was huge and really comfortable. We used the pool and the spa. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.

The Damac Lagoon development is being built right opposite the hotel. The view from one whole side of the building is literally a huge construction site as far as you can see. Even on the golf course side there are many houses being built. This isn’t the hotel’s fault and will create a wonderful view in a couple of years time.

Our stay at RB Damac Hills was very pleasant. We took the premium room with the sofa bed for our kids. Yasmin at check in was nice and professional. The car vallet team were all very very nice and efficient... Always making sure we get our car in time. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots of options and extremely friendly staff. The room was very clean however was missing body lotion until we asked for it. We felt the hotel could offer better options to make their guests more comfortable, like a grooming kit, bar soap etc. The hotel offers some entertainment options throughout the week, which was a nice option to have. All in all, was a pleasant stay. Would def recommend it.
