Everything! Staff were professional, polite and very helpful. Such kind and hospitable people! Archer and Saif always with a a genuinely warm and pleasant smile, checking if everything is alright and ready to help. The elderly male cashier at the restaurant was also very friendly. The edifice and the ambience was beautiful, even the guests were pleasant and polite people. It is definitely a home from home. I was sad and emotional when I was leaving. I hugged Saif and Archer so hard.........

Just think the restaurant operators could be a little less capitalist.

I liked that it was walking distance to souk, comfortable bed, friendly staff and free wifi. Just the shower hot water system is a bit wonky it goes too hot or either too cold no matter how I tried to adjust, it almost scalded me. Just needs a good mixer.

I don't prefer continental breakfast, no eggs, sausage or ham so I did not try breakfast in hotel's restaurant But the room is nice and clean, beyond my expectation for a 2-star hotel, thus the property can be upgraded Housekeepers were respectful and attentive to needs

Front Desk Staff should have the personality to speak more to promote the property, ...just because it is a 2-star hotel, does not mean it is low in class and style; facilities as well. Thus, whenever a customer is asking or commenting, it could be better to answer with pride, "don't worry, we'll work on your concern, next time you come back," instead of saying ...this is only a 2-star hotel, same as saying that ..that's only we can offer..nothing more. This only means the hotel will just remain as it is and no aim to improve further.

Location, design, cleanliness, atmosphere. Masala tea for breakfast.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 am. Thou not the full set up was there (maybe it is something cultural, eastern people are more relaxed with timing). Almost missed my fav masala tea which came a little bit late. There should be a coffee machine, not 3-in-1 sache. If to be precisely picky despite everything was pretty much awesome I didn’t really like the logo of the hotel, the yellow sign with 8. Yes, it makes easier to find place and doesn’t affect my Staying, thou doesn’t match with the whole idea of the authentic design of the place. My personal opinion.

I had an amazing stay. The service made all what ever could be done to make my stay safe, easy check-in and check- out, positive, professional. I been given a room with a beautiful terrace. Very busy area, it's matter of taste of what anyone likes. Lots of supermarkets, traditional shops, Gold Souk. About 10min to Gold Souk Meteo and same time to water Taxi where you can get the other side of Souk or my favourite Al Seef. Besides, they have downstairs a restaurant "Table 3", which is absolutely an amazing food, great portion, very good price and an excellent service! Truly recommend

Didn't have breakfast, however, saw people having breakfast including lunch and dinner daily, they seem quite happy and fulfilled. Having said that bought coffee twice from the restaurant, very reasonably priced and of good taste too.

Nothing, everything was okay, as stated earlier, incredible staff, very helpful no matter what time you make your request. More importantly, I am really very happy that Hotel Management have now installed a Scale required in weighing boxes before you get to the Airport, for someone like me, priceless and very helpful.

Location was in a nice new area around Gold Souq. A bit hard to get to from the Metro with suitcases though. Feels super fancy even though its only a 2 star hotel. I liked that the housekeeping kept our room neat and clean for the many days we stayed here. No breakfast included but that was okay cause we can eat outside anyway. Bed was amazing , we slept comfortably after a long day of sightseeing.

Hot water was a bit tricky to adjust and the temperature goes in waves. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location, the floors were well lite up, courteous staff and tasty restaurant food. Being in prime location had access to almost everything from pharmacy,ATM to cafes and super markets in walkable distance. Access to cabs.

My first room was top notch with no issues with respect to the room but on extending I had to change my room and the one second had some minor issues. It's also kind of surprising I never saw any female staff.

The hotel has a restaurant where the meals were very nice and reasonably priced. The room was pleasantly decorated and the bed was comfortable with a nice bathroom. The hotel staff were great! They were super friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with all the staff but especially Saif and Jason. But in fact they were all great. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Dubai.

My only complaint was no hair dryer.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and thanks for upgrading my room with terrace view. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting dubai. Loved the Downtown Location and Atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance.

Hotel doesn't have an onsite car park however the nearby multi storey is charged for on your exit 5 dirham per hour's/24hrs/365 days.
