The lady was so welcoming and great with our children the room was perfect for what we needed the children loved the bunk bed and we paid extra to have to en-suite which was much more convenient for us. Location was great not far from the beach of the main sea front. Would definitely come back and recommend. We did book For 3 nights but did only stay 2 as we did everything we wanted to do and with our son been autistic it was just a struggle towards the end the host was so understanding of this but very happy with our stay!

The stay at the Franklyn Hotel was just great. Lisa and Mark were wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. We used a family room and it was spot on"The London Room". The beds were probably the most comfortable we have experienced and the double bed was bliss super comfy. Each morning we had full breakfasts. I have some dietary needs and Lisa got Mark on the case to get me wheat and gluten free bread for my toast. 5⭐ for that. We sat at the bar one evening and had a wonderful chat with our hosts. Really down to earth people who are so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be telling family and friends about this little treasure in Blackpool. A big bonus also a stones throw from the main strip without the noise. Will most definitely be back in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lisa was welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived, even helping us up the stairs with our cases. The room was beautifully decorated and was clean and homely and in a great location for myself and my family - literally a 10 minute walk to the promenade and close to shops. We had a great stay and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

What an absolutely lovely place to stay! Comfortable beds, lovely hot shower, close to all of the main attractions in Blackpool, easy to walk to from the train station etc. I also thought the room was very well decorated. I was so grateful that the hosts let me stay downstairs in the lounge area after check-out to wait for my train. Would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Blackpool. Was also super quiet and super clean!

My only observation was that the ensuite bathroom was a little small however it didn't bother me so much as a single traveler. I didn't really consider it to be a huge issue though.

The room was perfect little size for us. Kids absolutely loved the bunked beds. Everything was clean! Owners were so friendly & kind. Not too far from front and isn't that noisy apart from the seagulls lol Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we think would of made it better would be a little mini fridge in the rooms. We like a cup of tea and my kids like a drink over night so we had to store milk & pop in the sink. Even the small family room we had i think you would be able to fit a mini fridge.

Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. There was always someone about if you need anything. Room was small but clean and has everything that we needed. Window opens good supply off tea and coffee, bed comfy. You can get a cold can off juice when you wanted. All and all this 1 off the best hotels in Blackpool we have stayed in. There is a car park across the road you can use the same ticket for the other car parks in Blackpool. In a couple minutes you can be at coral Island or mcdonald's.

The room we stayed in was very clean, bright and had everything and more we could need. The bar was great and the dining area was very clean and fresh. Best b n b we have ever stayed in and would 100% recommend it to families! Communication was very easy and excellent response, very quickly.

Everything was exceptional. I honestly can’t think of one thing that could have been better. nothing was too much trouble and the staff were so friendly and helpful and great with our two girls.

Great stay at Franklyn Hotel, we felt like at home, hosts are so lovely and helpfull. Deliciuos breakfasts. Great localisation - everything was near. Very quiet and nice surrounding. Parking is just the other side of the street - big, but very late at night may be problem with finding free place (however we were lucky enough :) )

Warm and welcoming host, our room was stunning and great value for money. The location is fantastic. Public car park one minute a way Seven minute walk to the sea front, McDonald's, Six minutes to the Blackpool Tower and main Arcade etc. Thank you both for an amazing stay, we will most definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent bed and breakfast to stay here. The rooms had everything you needed Tea Coffee Biscuits.

The hotel was lovely, comfy, clean, and welcoming. The owners were amazing, always asking if we needed anything and really friendly. The room was big enough with enough room for us all. My youngest is on the spectrum and normally struggles to settle in new places, but he settled straight away. I highly recommend this place for a stay in blackpool.

There was nothing I didn't like.
