Location was perfect as we were there for an event in winter gardens. Also perfect walking distance to coral island etc.

Sadly got disturbed in the early hours with rowdy neighbours but that wasn't the staff or hotels fault.

The hotel was marvelous,, the best ive been in yet , Martin is a credit to this hotel very accomodating and hospitible, and he went above and beyond to make our stay very welcoming and safe, we will be staying here again and a full recommendation will be coming from me to my large family and friends to stay here also, very family orientated and very clean beautiful hotel, menu fantastic and a well stocked bar facilities, our room was immaculate and beautifully furnished

We loved everything

It was very homely and the staff were exceptional. We were made feel so welcome and when we accidently left some clothes behind the staff washed them for us and are currently posting them on. A big thank you to Martin for this. Lovely little hotel. Lovely little bar here and games room/tea/coffee machine. It was spotless.

No hand towel in bathroom. No shampoo/shower gel. No bin in toilet. Also our bed linen was never changed and we were there for 5 nights. Also the room was too small for 3 people. No room to move in the room but that didn't put me off. But i would recommend they provide the above essentials going forward.

Very practical location, clean and tidy, and great facilities. I think the price of £32.50 per night (EXCLUDING LINEN) was very reasonable for the room, and I appreciate the fact this is a very below average price, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom was tiny, and nowhere near enough room. I appreciate it was only a single room and I was in my own, but the toilet area was stupidly narrow, and that is my only real complaint about my room. Also, it is not included or mentioned that linen is an added £3 charge. Have no issue paying it, but it should be clearly outlined.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, well stocked bar that opens late. Good burgers for late night munchies and good breakfasts can be bought. Extremely helpful and friendly staff always at hand. Great location for bars, restaurants, the Winter Gardens and North pier. We will be booking again soon for next year.

No complaints at all but note that the car park is very small and needs to be prebooked. The bedrooms are very small which is reflected in the cheapest rates in Blackpool. Great for a weekend break if you pack lightly ( we had a double bed and one chest of drawers in ours which served its purpose. Some other rooms are bigger.)

The hotel was as expected with what must be described as a very small bedroom with a double bed, set of drawers and a bathroom with shower. Very clean and perfect for our 3 night stay but we would need a bigger room if we were there for any longer. As our only reason for being in Blackpool was to attend a music festival we were hardly in the room at all . There is a well stocked bar that is open late and a big choice of food for late night burgers or breakfast. There is also a pool table, slot machines, snacks and hot drinks that can be accessed 24/7. The location is excellent with The Winter Gardens only a five minute walk and shops and bars right on the doorstep. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and this added to our enjoyment of the whole weekend. This is an excellent hotel for those on a budget and we are already planning to stay there again in 12 months time with maybe a couple of more people.

Loved it, the Owner & family/staff were fantastic and very friendly, bed was comfy, food was great! we WILL be booking here again next time we’re in Blackpool!! also, if you love rum, ask him for the “good one” next time I’ll make sure I’ve not had a skin full already and also lined my stomach… pipe… throat… mouth 😂😂

The only issue I had was the bathroom being small (I had to stand in the shower to shut bathroom door. was worried shower may set smoke detector off) but I ain’t a small bloke so was expected. my wife who is 5ft nothing also found it a bit claustrophobic. other than that, we can’t complain.

loved the 2 o’clock check in also allow you to drop your bags off before hand so you dont have to pull them around all day check in was quick and efficient room was amazing I stayed with my four kids massive tv with Netflix etc room was a fab size also internet kids loved it like home from home very comfy bonus for mum was the fresh coin operated coffee machine which I could have when I pleased all in all a fab stay and will deffo stay again and recommend to people thankyou the kings cross hotel 😊

very central location, staff lovely and very welcoming, couldn’t do enough…Pool table excellent, bedroom ideal , nice and clean, parking on site also a bonus 👍

due to it being closed until day we arrived no holiday / Christmasy atmosphere , no ice available behind bar which was very disappointing, offered breakfast and sounded lovely however when we went downstairs 9 o clock it was empty and no sign of staff in kitchen etc…Would stay again however felt it was too quiet for us and would have liked a bit mor ambience…Everything else was great, shame that it lacked any ambience…

The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the hotel were excellent. Food, drinks ( and plenty to choose from ) drinks at the bar very cheap, we’re all available. Lots to keep the kids entertained ( some of which were an additional cost ) absolutely perfect location the all the pubs, bars,restaurants, And all attractions. Minutes walk to them all.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room ( although available from machine down stairs at an additional cost) Family room was very small but we didn’t spent much time in it as out until late. Shower was tiny and let’s say for the bigger person may struggle to shower.
