Fab location. The 2 ladies that ran the hotel were very friendly. Our check in was 2pm but when i rang to ask if we could leave our bags as we arrived at 12.30pm they allowed us to check in straight away and our room was ready. Would definately stay there again.

It's not any fault of the hotel but i wished we had asked about a parking space behind the hotel. Our overnight parking cost £22 in the multi story car park.

Rooms were great. Facilities were great, especially the bar - it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, with well-priced drinks, darts, pool, beer pong etc. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating - there were 17 of us at the hotel for a stag and we all agreed the whole thing could not have gone better. 10/10 would recommend.

Sam was great! Wonderful host! Decorations and prosecco in our room after a request! My partner loved it 😍 Was exactly what we needed for a weekend celebrating in Blackpool I would highly recommend you book! Great location close to everything you would need! We will be back I'm sure! Book, you will not be disappointed!

We liked everything about this property!

Sam was really bubbly and welcoming. The idea of allowing guests to leave old toiletries was a great idea. The basket of half used shampoos etc was actually a brilliant, eco friendly, cost saving, and very helpful idea, which made you feel at home..

Bed mattress was a bit flat on one side that rolled you towards the radiator, but that really didn't impact my comfort, and for the price, I would have slept on the floor in the lounge!!

Stayed here for Rebellion. The bed was super comfy. Room and en suite bathroom were clean. Great value. Everyone was nice. Honestly no complaints. Would stay again!

Front door was a bit tricky to unlock but the wonderful staff helped me sort it. So it’s not a big deal just worth noting!

Location was great for what my group wanted on our trip. The lights were a long walk away but we enjoy walking and caught the tram back

The single bed in twin room was uncomfortable for my friend. The stairs were steep for my elderly mother but she does not like to complain so would not ask if there was another twin available on the lower floor.

I only stayed the one night as I was meeting up with my sister who I haven't seen in five years. I was so astonished at how wonderful the staff and the hotel was in general. I was a little worried about what I was going to expect because of how cheap the room was but I got more than my moneys worth. I will definitely be booking this hotel as my go to from now on. It was so comfortable a stay I would seriously recommend to everyone I know who's ever visiting Blackpool thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing they covered everything. Felt waited on hand and foot. They couldn't do enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff members - My friend and I travelled on our motorbikes, and a safe parking space was provided for us, which we really appreciated :)

For what I paid for my stay, I'd have to say definitely nothing at all :)

The bedding was extremely comfy and soft, had a good night sleep and wasn't cold once as you can get in other hotels.

If I had to chose something which it wasn't really a big deal I'd say the bathroom maybe needs a bit of work as there was a bit of damp on the ceiling and again it really didn't bother me.

Great location. Walking distance from the promenade and all the food and activities .

The Walk up three floors to the room was a challenge. But that's the experience of staying in an old traditional holiday property.
