Great place to stay, very friendly staff, Tia behind the bar was very friendly and helpful, big communal bar with great selection of drinks and a pool table, very family friendly. Rooms serviced daily, clean towels and extra tea and coffee provided in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and tidy and close to town centre and coral island. Breakfast was great, full fry up, cereals and yoghurts, a great selection and you can choose what you would like to have, the staff serving breakfast were very friendly, I was impressed how the server remembered our order from the day before. I came on my own with my son and will come back again next season.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They also allowed me to park in the limited space at the back of the hotel. Room was clean and had proper keys to the door rather than electronic key cards. The shower in my room was excellent. Plenty of hot water. Great location, literally around the corner from the venue I was attending, very close to town centre and seafront.

Mattress sloped to one side, where people have sat on the edge of it a lot, and it hasn't been turned. Lack of furniture in room - no wardrobe, just a hanging rail with shelf above and only a bedside unit, which also had the tea and coffee supplies and kettle on. Ensuite door would not open or close fully as it caught on the floor. Very dated layout with sink in the bedroom. The taps on the sink were both loose. The lights at the end of the long corridor leading to my room didn't work, so it was quite dark when returning at night

Beds were ok. The bathroom looks old but actually surprisingly does a great job! There's a basic but decent bar where you don't have to pay an extortion for a pint! The breakfast is very nice and is cooked from fresh, to order. This is highly appreciated. For this price you can't go wrong really for somewhere decent to stay in the middle of Blackpool.

The double bed in our room was a little small, and the mattress is perhaps coming to the end of its life, but wasn't too bad to the point where it was uncomfortable. It's a little shabby and old throughout in terms of the decor, but that's hardly a big issue and I have stayed in much worse places that have charged much more!

Always friendly, clean, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Stayed here last year 2022 for the Blackpool Magic Convention and again this year 2023. Everything we could need. Great breakfast, accommodating for an early start if needed. Rooms just right as a twin room, not over spacious, but very happy, and location just behind the tower so central, but quiet. Great nights sleep. Why wouldn't you stay here. Only thing is wheel chair access a problem as all properties in this area for B&B are the same. However last year I know staff helped a person in a wheelchair to access. Checkout 11.00am. Booked for next year already. Thank you for what feels like a pwrsonalised service. Well done. Leaving.

Staff are great and friendly, can tell they go above and beyond for the guests. Room was clean and comfortable, more space that what we expected for a twin room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with towels and body wash. Breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Best place we’ve stayed in Blackpool North, will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing against the b&b itself but the phone service and tv signal at the top of the property wasn’t great and the Wi-Fi connection also wouldn’t work as we were too far away from the router I assumed.

Price!! And the staff were fantastic, really lovely! Well situated.

Unfortunately it's situated right next to the Winter Gardens so they have club nights that go on till 2 or 3 in the morning and the loud night club music is easily heard as there are doors to the club that are kept open. When I say loud, I mean window shaking loud! Really nightclub loud. Luckily the hotel had double glazing so windows HAD to be kept TIGHT SHUT! And the only heating/cooling was the hotels own general heating, and opening the windows for cooling. So in mid summer this WILL be an issue!

Was a lovely hotel, ideally situated for all facilities and attractions. Basically under Blackpool Tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a good selection of cereals, juices etc and a full cooked breakfast with toast rack and jams. The shower, water pressure and space was amazing. Landlady was lovely, but the young waiting staff and general help was exceptional. She went all out to make my stay very enjoyable.

Nothing I can say I disliked. Would say it could use a little more modernisation but this didn't impact on what was a very enjoyable stay.

Staff ever so friendly & helpful. Absolutely loved the decor. Breakfast was amazing. Room had been cleaned to a high standard. Will definitely try to come back when visiting Blackpool.

An issue that can't be fixed, also not really an issue. Floor boards were creaky, me and my partner did have a few late nights so were worried to wake anyone, we perfected ninja mode by the end of our visit haha!

The hotel wasnt the most modern or the most posh place you could stay but it made up for it by the cleanliness of the whole place, the relaxed, friendly, homely atmosphere, the wonderful comfy beds and most importantly the incredible staff who really cared and who bent over backwards to make sure you wanted for nothing. I think the price paid for the room including breakfast was superb, the breakfast was delightful and plentiful. There was a bar at the hotel with a pool table, really enjoyed this facility. The hotel was brilliantly located, right by some of Blackpools main attractions and by the sea front. I was able to park my car out front but i had a blue badge, there are car parks though nearby, not sure of cost though. I wouldnt say the hotel is suitable for severely disabled people as the hotel is accessed by steps at the front, there may be another access route though so best ask, and the dining room for breakfast is downstairs, but i did see room service which i thought was a lovely touch so breakfast could be brought to your room maybe, as i said before i found the staff very accommodating. A wonderful place to stay all in all.

There wasnt anything i didnt like really but the bedroom wasnt overly big which some people may find a problem. It was well equipped having said that.
