The two ladies who own the hotel are Really lovely, couldn’t do enough for you. Variety Continental breakfast 👍🏻 Perfect location for beach, shopping centre, take away/restaurants 👍🏻 Winter guarded suite was excellent size, with mini kitchen, Oven/hob, fridge freezer etc. added bonus, dogs allowed 👌🏻

My only criticism would be that mine and my husbands room was small. As my partner is 6’5 and B-road, we both struggled to get around are room and the bed was a standard size, so we where not able to roll over in bed. However, my daughters room (Winter Garden Suite) was very good size, with king size bed.

We arrived early and was allowed to book in straight away , prior to getting there I had requested a ground floor room due to having difficulty with stairs and we were given a ground floor room. Val the manager was very welcoming to us and our dogs . The room was beautiful and as soon as we walked in you could smell how clean and fresh it was. In the evening when we asked for a couple of glasses so we could have a drink , Val also gave us a carton of orange juice , which we greatfully accepted .we will defo be going and staying here again and won't consider anywhere else now

Pleasant staff, the room was far larger than expected. There was a help yourself continental breakfast in the morning which was sweet. Toast, juices, croissants,, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. I thought that was really nice and it came incorporated into the cost of the room too. The room we stayed in had a children's bed in the shape of a bus that my son absolutely adored! Very quaint little place.

It was a little bit noisy outside on a Saturday night due to "nightlife", but that's no fault of the hotels. The lighting in the children's part of the deluxe suite wasn't working, but we moved a lamp into the room and it was more than suitable for my son to stay in overnight.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Location is 10/10. 2mins from all the action. Was spotlessly clean. Kids loved their bus bed. Owners were friendly and left us to it. Bathroom clean and good shower. Towels provided, and lovely chocolates on arrival. Was so shocked at how little noise we heard for being so central and front facing too! Absolute bargain. Absolutely do not understand the negative comments!

Hosts were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming of me and my children. Kids loved having their separate room with bunk bed. Had everything we needed and more. Continental breakfast more than adequate for us all. Clean.

Room was in need of a little tlc/decoration. But I have paid more to stay in a lot worse in Blackpool! I was a little cold on a night, but I am always cold and kids never mentioned it, so probably just a personal preference!

Amazing hosts nothing too much of a big deal, made us feel very welcome, very accommodating to kids, perfect walking distance to everything nice quiet street, CCTV covered car park 1 minute walk away

Absolutely not the hotels issue but the cut through for car park was shut due to road works so took a little longer while this happened also the work men starting 7am and the windows being really thin however wasn't much of an issue as kids still slept through the noise

Exceptionally friendly staff who were very accommodating and eager to help where possible. The hotel is located in pretty such the centre of Blackpool so its convenient to get anywhere but there is still no road noise.

As one should expect from almost any Blackpool hotel, the rooms were clean on a superficial level, but if you looked harder you could find fault. Additionally, I found the TOG of the duvets to be a bit too high even though it was February. However, I didn't give the staff a chance to correct this so I can't fault them on that, really.

The location was perfect as everything that i needed was close by, 5 minute walk to the promenade to catch the tram, quiet location. The hotel was cosy When i checked in the blonde hair girl at the reception was really nice and friendly. For anyone looking for a quiet hotel i would definitely recommend this as it's also good value

The heating is on a timer which the receptionist told me when i asked why it was cold in the afternoon, I can understand why and she gave me a small heater to keep the room warm which was really nice of her

This is a well-located place, very close to the beach and the Blackpool tower. The staff is very kind and accommodating! For a solo traveller it is very convenient for short stays. The fact that the check-out is by 12pm was something I also liked!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but considering the price, I think it is understandable. If you are after a British breakfast, you will not find it here (for me the grab/take away option provided was good!)

Very welcoming friendly and helpful staff. Very clean in all areas we seen. The only thing I can say that’s wasn’t good for us was the bed was hard but we do understand that is a personal choice.

The friendly staff and the idea of the help yourself breakfast buffet anytime is excellent and should be used in all B&Bs
