Really accessible from the M4 and easy public transport into London so perfect spot for our family weekend in London. It was clean, comfortable, spacious (considering there were 5 of us in one room) and really well equipped for our minimal needs (making tea/coffee and heating our reduced pastries for breakfast from the Tesco express - less than 5 min walk from Guest house)

Had to top water in kettle up from bathroom - perhaps a jug kept in fridge would work!? Plus a bit more milk and sugar available - but again not a huge issue as Tesco so close and milk was replenished whilst we were out and cups/plates cleaned, this should really go in the "what I liked" section

Close to Main Street. Convenient, easy check in, safety cameras on entrance and hallway. Plenty of parking. I felt safe.

Neighbors next door had a loud party and made it a little hard to sleep at the beginning. Later another guest from another room decided to take a call in the hallway and it was very loud until I knocked my own door to let him know it was too loud. Of course this is not host fault, but the place can be noisy.

Great place to stay for a couple of night's. It was nice to have the fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. The bus stop is right outside so it was very easy for us to get where we needed to be. It was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back if we travel that way again.

It was a little hard to wash the plate's as the sink in our bathroom was very small. A lot of noise throughout the night with other guests using a shared bathroom.

Had all I needed for a self-contained stopover whilst attending a birthday event a few miles away. Could come and go independently and sort hot drinks and breakfast to suit my needs, which included fairly early departure. Ideal position for West London/Middlesex and travel to Heathrow.

It was a really hot day and room was pretty warm - option of a fan would be good for days like this. No hanging space, not an issue for this trip but might be more tricky for a longer stay or for two of us.

This was conveniently located for early morning trip to Heathrow airport, plenty of free parking, nice spacious room, excellent en-suite shower room, unexpected bonus of a microwave and fridge supplied in addition to the usual kettle, tea & coffee. Ironing board and hairdryer available. I had to take my daughter to Heathrow for her long haul flight to Australia, so it was a convenient 20 mins drive from the short-stay car park of terminal 4, and at 3.30am virtually no traffic although it was -3 degrees Celsius outside! It made the whole event much less stressful for both of us.

Some of the outside lights didn't come on quick enough walking round the back of the building to access the room, but that is a very minor point, we just used phone torches! Leaving my daughter at the airport, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation! :)

Good value. Close to Heathrow (we stayed the night before our transatlantic flight). Convenient to buses. Close to a Tesco Express. Microwave, mini fridge, cutlery, bowls and plates all provided. Spacious room. So grateful for large bath sheets instead of the more typical skimpy bath towel.

Decor is “well loved” but it was clean and priced accordingly so I’m not complaining. Low water pressure in the shower. Would have liked a hand towel for the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner.

Excellent for family. It keeps all of the family including any large family together and that alone makes this stay worth it. Communication with the host was good. Shower facilities were clean. The bedding system was excellent. One twin bed, a single bed and a double bed. Number of electrical sockets, ironboard and iron, kettle, microwave, clean plates, mugs and tea/coffee.

Located away from the town centres but it's good and peaceful.

It was clean, comfortable and close to the airport. The host was helpful and friendly . Check in was smooth and the host was glad to extend the check out time by an hour if we needed extra time.

The microwave was rusty inside so we didnt use it. However not a big issue for us. However a replacement with a new one will make the next guests happy though !

easily accessible from Hillingdon or Uxbridge stations and U2/U4 buses. good communication with the staff (self check in and check out - I didn’t see anyone during my stay). the room was tiny but good for one person and a short stay. 2 might be too much. bathroom small but clean. bed was confortable. all commodities available : fridge, TV, tea kettle, towels, soap, etc.

walls are tiny, I could hear the guy next door snoring so take earplugs ! head shower is very wide which is nice but it makes it complicated not to wet your hair if you don’t want to.

Location. It is very near Heathrow airport. There are 2 bus stops within walking distance which made it very convenient to go to Uxbridge Town Centre and the train station. We advised management that we will be arriving earlier than the check-in time and if we can drop-off our bags. Our request was accommodated and instead of just dropping off our bags, we were able to check-in since the previous guest checked out earlier. Hazel was very quick to respond to our messages.
