I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's a nice place, the staff are great, it's very clean and the Brunel University campus (which the hotel is on) is very nice, with lots of green and trees. It's also convenient for Heathrow (about a 20 minute bus ride). The last time I stayed here I moaned in my review about how there wasn't a bedside light. And this time there was a bedside light! Thank you :)

The room itself is pretty basic (well, this one was). The bed is big and comfortable, which of course is great, but there is only a little space to manouver around the side of the bed. There is a little table and a chair, but most of the table space is already taken up by the (very welcome) kettle and tea bags and milk. So if you want to work using your laptop, you're probably going to do it sitting on the bed.

Room was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4 Bathroom was a very good size Breakfast was good and had the essentials Parking was just outside so convenient Room was a little warm but they provided a standing fan so that was helpful

Picking up keys from security office after hours was a little out of the way but the booking welcome email was clear and hence the detour was expected,

Staff were really helpful and always on hand. Breakfast was plentiful and hot and the bar was well stocked. Following a miscommunication about facilities the hotel offered free breakfast for the duration in compensation.

The fact that when I booked the hotel advertised a spa, three days before my arrival a message said there was a spa, and it was only at check-in that I learned the spa had shut three months prior. I was happy to pay a higher fee for this hotel de to there being a spa, so would likely have picked elsewhere if information had been correct. The hotel was way too hot! And due to location and maintenance doing light changes, it was noisy during the day.

Amazing staff and room was so clean and tidy, Teas and coffees and biscuits as complimentary as we really enjoyed having them using the kettle

Location was a bit complicated but still an amazing location inside the green park of the university campus Room has windows but you cannot open it as it’s office style, only the bathroom window can be opened which was still letting a bit of fresh air flow inside the room

Did not use the dining facilities except for one dinner which as very good and freshly prepared. comfortable and spacious room with two queen size beds. parking right next door and very quiet. very convenient for friends or relatives visiting students at Brunel.

lack of procedures for checking-in after 22:30 pm. the experience was not very positive due to inability of the security that did not know how to handle the situation due to a lack communication between the staff at hotel reception and the security on campus. Hope they learnt from this experience and made a checklist to avoid occurring a similar situation in the future with other guests.

Ok! everything is fine at this hotel. since August we have travelled from Rome to London and stayed at this hotel four times for every stay from one to maximum 4 nights. However, the last stay was a bit troublesome. we arrived late and did not find our room key at the security office. apparently the person at the hotel reception forgot to deliver our key to the security office and the security staff was of no help. They did have no clue how to handle this situation. we used improvised arrangement to sleep for the first night. The hotel promised us to reimburse us the cost of first night. lets see when it arrives. Nevertheless, this is the most favourite hotel of mine. it is not far from west Drayton train station and nor from Uxbridge. From west Drayton, the Elizabth line to Canary Wharf in 30 to 45 minutes, depending on peak or off peak hours. BTW, check the train night schedule because the last train to west Drayton terminates well before midnight and one can land in serious trouble if if you misses that ride.

The security staff must be trained to handle certain situation. they were totally clueless when faced with the a real challenging situation. I think the management should provide the staff with a checklist to what to do or how to handle unexpected circumstances. it is sad to see the SPA has been taken out for good.

The hotel was easy to locate with great public transport links nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of tea and coffee and a comfortable bed. Bar prices were very reasonable.

The en suite shower was difficult to operate and the flimsy shower curtain meant that the bathroom floor was flooded with water afterwards. It's a shame that the bar closes at 10:30pm even on weekends.

The hotel is located close to the M40 motorway within an area of Brunel University campus used for student accommodation. This rooms in this hotel appear to have been created by knocking multiple student rooms together to create a huge room. Being located in a quiet part of the campus and a considerable distance from any major thoroughfares all rooms in the hotel should be very quiet; mine certainly was. The staff were very friendly and helpful (as I arrived more than an hour before check-in, they stored my luggage for me so that I could do a little exploring of the university campus). My room had two very large, extremely comfortable double beds, an armchair (with footstool!) a desk with office chair and a large (but not huge) tv which worked perfectly. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room were very good with a supply of both regular and decaffeinated coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some good quality free biscuits. There were ample plug points throughout the room, and these were logically situated near to where they would be likely to be needed, (no USB sockets though). There was ample storage space in a large wardrobe, both for hanging clothes and shelving for folded items. The wardrobe also contained a hairdryer, a safe and a small refrigerator, (which being sited wihin the wardrobe, the noise of the motor was not noticed). The windows on the third (top) floor could be opened (width restricted), and although there was no aircon, there were multiple ways to heat the room and a fan for cooling it. The bathroom was very large with a very good shower, both in terms of flow-rate and controllability. The restaurant and bar areas are pleasant, and although I did not take breakfast, the fish and chips in the evening were reasonable and very competitively priced. There are a number of bus routes from the university to Uxbridge town centre and tube station (Metropolitain and Piccadilly lines).

Minor things really: one of the bedside light switcheswas a bit "hit and miss", sometimes working, other times not. The work desk is not overly large to begin with, and with about 50% of the area taken up with the tea/coffee facilities it was a bit cramped to use a laptop.

It was a spacious family room. Was a bank holiday weekend so prices were considerably lesser than everything else in Harrow/pinner and Uxbridge area. Lovely breakfast. Staff during the day and at the breakfast area were very friendly and polite.

Shower area wasn’t great as the water leaked out and got the bathroom very wet. Room wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask for it. The night time staff at the reception were very hard to understand.

Lovely quiet hotel, great welcome from the lady on reception, very informative. Great location to visit our daughter as she is at Brunel uni, we visited her for her birthday. Great selection of hot drinks in the room and also toiletries in the bathroom.

Bed was very uncomfortable, hair in the bed when I pulled back the quilt and hair in the shower tray before we used it. Bits of mould in the shower, no soap in the dispenser by the sink in the bathroom.
