Location was right next door to the ovo Wembley venue which was perfect as we were in London to see a show there. Staff were really helpful and attentive and the bed was comfy and huge!

Ran out of shampoo & body wash in the room, but as we only discovered this first thing when we needed them we didn't call down, so they did not have opportunity to rectify this, which I'm confident they would have done. Other thing was the fully stocked fridge with sensors means if you want to put anything of your own In there either you can't or you need to speak with reception to sort it for you so that you're not charged for items you move about.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful welcome. This trip was for my husbands birthday. We had a king guest room, I requested a high level quiet room which is exactly what we got it was perfect. The room was decorated with balloons and hearts all over the bed and a delicious cake saying happy birthday my husband was overwhelmed. We were also given drinks voucher which again was a wonderful surprise ! The bed was so comfy, bathroom was spotless. We used the pool once, this was the only part we both felt could do we a makeover looked rather tired in places. But having said that we still enjoyed it was nice to relax. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were fabulous work so hard to please. We used the upstairs bar which again was great staff were so friendly and helpful we absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

The only negative thing was just the pool but that’s only to do with a bit of updating. Everything else found to be great.

Unexpecred extra costs for bringing a dog, please communicate all in advance. First night we heard a wedding party till 1 am, which kept us from sleeping. We couldnt pay with maestro card (?), very inconvenient.. We looked out on a blind wall, we didnt expect the wembley stadium, but this is very depressing. Last entry for the pool is 9 pm, at 9.30pm you have to exit the pool. In communication it is stated that pool closes at 10pm. So that is poor communication as well. I had some very dissapointed kids at the first night.

The room was incredible! The bed was massive and so so comfortable! The shower pressure and temperature control was immaculate. The staff service was so lovely and welcoming. We didn’t get the chance to go to the pool and spa however we’ve got another night booked soon so will be going then! From what I saw it looked lush! We stayed as we were attending a concert at the OVO arena and as I am disabled and can’t walk far this was perfect for that, the entrance was right on the door step of the Hilton!!

The only criticism I have is the mini bar prices, £5.50 for a bottle of water seems a little absurd. However it is London so I kind of understand.

I had an amazing experience in the hotel. First, I want to thank to Mihael who works at the front desk. Thank you for making sure guests are feeling welcomed. Hope next time I come you'll get to manager level position. Also thank to Roxana who keeps the breakfast area sharp and shiny. My room was just perfect, big and clean, with a nice view, super comfort king size bed, everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The pool (and the whole gym & spa) is great as well. When it comes to breakfast, it fulfilled my expectations from a hotel of this reputation. I love the roof top, wish I could stayed and just chilled more there.

Pool area could have more chairs/beds. Rooms should have a price list for the mini bar (or at least I didn't find it).

Convenient for Wembley Arena close to shops and restaurants

The swimming pool was too hot as was very hot weather whilst we were there so the swim was not refreshing, pool too small for size of hotel as also very busy and not much room to swim. I didn’t understand the reception staff so missed what they were saying about lift cards etc., not being racist but maybe print instructions at check in to explain how to get lift to move or put diagram in the lift!! Unsure why you use that type of system for the lifts? Should just go up to your floor without the hassle of cards.

Went for the night of the Charity Shield, checked in Early, Man City team were checking out as we chec ked in. Used the bar on the 9th floor, it has a roof terrace, good for nicer weather. You can smoke out there if yiou are a smoker / vaper, without going all the way down. Its hotel London pricey of course for drinks, food usual posh burgers. we di not have breakfast. Easy walk to Wembley, a few minutes to the West end of the ground. Easy walk back for beers afterwards. Also directly next door to the OYO areana, ( old Empire Pool and areana)

If you book in, beware for football games the security may try and stop any freinds from coming in to have a drink with you, say residents only when you checxk in and yiu get a wrist band. after game not so bad, but for bigger games might be stricter.

We liked the location, as well as our room and breakfast. Near hotel there is a public transportation, as well as various shops, bars and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and cozy, beds are large and comfortable, we had complimentary glass-bottled water, coffee, tea and cookies, breakfast was exceptional. All staff was friendly and our check-in and check-out was very fast. We had great experience here.

There were no toilet brush, even as we asked for it. We got only three glasses/cups in our room but there were 4 of us - it was enough, so we didn't ask for an extra glass/cup. Receptionist told us on our check-in that breakfast is served from 7:00-11:00 but on our last day waiter notified us in the middle of our breakfast that restaurant is closing at 10:00. Hotel wearness can be seen in details - scratched doors, faulty drawers, stained marble (with a note of apology from hotel) - but it doesn't affect overall impression, all is clean and usable.

Large, clean rooms. Good location to catch the tube into Central London Easy parking, discounted through the hotel £15 at the Gold Car Park next door. Staff were really friendly and accommodated an early check in, no additional fees. Lots of choice for breakfast and large dining space.

The mini bar is on a pressure system so if you are looking to just look at or move something out to add personal items into the fridge, *anything* you move will be automatically charged to the room! Despite being quite a modern hotel, bathrooms are quite outdated with small shower over-baths. Very soft pillows, personal preference.

Everything was mostly perfect.

The tea during breakfast was bizarre and poor quality. Instead of a pot of tea made with boiling water, a pot of hot water, was brought to the table with the tea bags on a plate. This is NOT how tea is made. Also the tea was really week. There was a slight comprinise but the tea was still not made with boiling water. This is my only complaint, I know it is a really trivisl 1st world issue but it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel in England and a good cup of tea with breakfast is a basic requirement that even a greasy spoon cafe can get right. Only plug sockets on one side of the bed.
