I like the location, just like you are in central of London with access to everything you will want, eateries, cafes, butiks. Oh the location is very good especially if you like food and want to try different kind of cuisine from other part of the world. I mean they whole of the street the just have an open restaurants where they sell different kinds of food.

The staff, very poor communication. They have the Most difficult and tedious way of checking in the apartment, I mean why do they need you to make transfer of 500 pounds to the their account for Security Deposit. Why not just hold the amount in the person's credit/debit card. No visitors allowed, their kitchen was not fullly equipped just with the basic utilities someone need in a kitchen. Lastly they just have too much rules to obey for you to live in their apartment.

The apartment is great, very well located and in a calm neighborhood.

Someone, from another apartment, puked in the access hall during one night. The stench was overwhelming and stayed for at least 3 days, without any cleaning, in the apartments access hall. When informed about the situation, they promptly apologized and replied. However, 2 days after complaining, the situation was not solved. It had nothing to do with the apartment, and I'd still recommend it and will consider for future new visits to London. However, It affected the overall experience, especially to the family.

The space and value for money.

The tiresome stairs with suitcases are not ideal and the dirty bedroom carpet’s need attention. The Penthouse Guests above us were noisy until around 2.30am, moving furniture and shouting, which is not allowed in the booking policy.

The property is very good, new, clean and well located.

I rented the apartment for four people, but the kitchen accessories weren´t enough for all guests. In contacts with the property by e-mail to try to solve the problem, as to try a late check out, they didn´t answer. They only answered when the issue was payment.

The property was clean and the location was great.

The mattresses on the beds are horrible; everyday we woke someone in our party was complaining about the sleeping on those mattresses. They need to invest in good mattresses or at least a good mattress topper.

I didn’t have any issues with the place other than late check-in times.

The issue I have is that they took £250 deposit and I’m still yet to receive the funds back. I contacted the company and have had no response at all.

A very spacious flat, great location, not directly in tourist areas but close enough to walk or take the train. The street the apartment is on has a food market during the day with many vendors, and great shops and cafes along the street. Close to the train station, close to a grocery store.

The beds are not very comfortable, the kitchen does not have much for cookware, we ate out every day. It is a 5 storey walk-up to get to the unit.

Good location, quiet area, complete facilities, clean room. Walk to the kings cross station within 15 mins and to the subway station within 10 mins. Plenty of good restaurants around.

A big amount of deposit requested which make me really nervous. The email they sent is rude and I think it can be more gentle. I kept the room clean and they returned my deposit the third day after I left which gave me some comfort.

Really lovely apartment in a good location.

It would have been nice to have some milk sachets to put in your tea and lack of some pieces of cutlery. No shower gel provided just shampoo to wash my hands with!! No wi-fi and a lot of stairs to carry up x2 suitcases up x3 flights of stairs so might be advisable to tell people prior to their stay as it was a slog after a long day travelling.

property is very good in most respects. Apartment size is very good, quite big. Kitchen is fully equipped. and good size main toilet. Deco is also beautiful.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. There was a nut on the floor next to the sofa. One bulb in the en-suite bedroom lamp shade is not working, and the heater next to the tv in the living room is not working either. there burning stains on the white kitchen top next to the sink that could be repaired too. Also, the main office never answered two emails I’ve sent.
