Absolute 10/10 hotel!!! We had room on 10th floor, great view, extremely clean, well equipped, breakfast room very glamurous. and food fresh and tasty. Spacious eoom. Trains, buses, metro and shopping center 50-200metres. Couldnt wish more! Comftable beds and blankets. Big windows, which gives you lot of light! Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff at reception, concierge, restaurant and cleaning. Location great for underground and shops. Room generally quiet, facing Cherry lane. Nice buffet breakfast, choice of hot and cold foods with good coffee and bread

Bathroom..no rails for hanging bath towels. Shelves above toilet rather than sink, hence not convenient and not hygienic. Housekeeping came at different times and varied in quantity, some days we got bottle water but not other days.Had to ask for an extra chair as room only had 1 chair and 1 armchair.

Ideal hotel in London. Stratford has perfect connections to Heathrow (Elizabeth line), city center, Docklands and Greenwich, rail and bus. Olympic park and venues in 5-minute walk. Morning runs in Olympic park, Victoria park, by the canals. Westfield mall for shopping, eating. The hotel is new, well maintained, comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, light. Small kitchen is a nice addition. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is tasty, well-assorted. Altogether, an optimal value and we would choose again.

Not easy to find at arrival.

Location in major shopping centre with brilliant transport links to central London. Wheelchair accessible room with shower room was spacious and hotel was easy to get around in a wheelchair. Friendly and helpful staff from the concierge, reception and restaurant staff happy to help whenever possible.

As someone who was travelling with a disabled guest in our own car it would have been better to be told to go to the car park in Westfield as the disabled parking is right next to the main lift for the hotel rather than stop on the road away from the hotel. Also make it easier and safer for concierge to collect our bags and equipment.

Clean and comfortable studio/room. Nice facilities to have the mini-kitchen. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. It could be busy at times and the doors shut on the serving area at closing times. The staff were all very helpful, polite and efficient. Location is excellent, next to the train station (many lines of access to London) and on top of the Westfield mall - so transport, shopping and food all sorted! I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing we did not like.

Wonderful friendly staff. Great location. Nice clean room. We travelled from Ireland to see Abba Voyager Tour which was a 20 minute walk so perfect choice of location. Section of good restaurants just on door step. Concierge staff were really helpful as was Receptionist. Bed pillows and linen were lovely.

Air conditioning wasn't working so room was so hot overnight we were unable to sleep. We also paid for breakfast for four people over two days but missed one due to early check out. We asked for a bag to be made up to take with us which was not possible so disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was good quality and consistent throughout my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I thought the overall value of the property and accessibility to Stratford Station was so convenient.

The shower was a little more dirty than I would have preferred. Room itself was more than satisfactory from a cleanliness standpoint; however, the shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned beforehand.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and new looking furniture and settings, water table was appreciated, bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely, super clean, great fascilities.

Some of the reception staff seemed a bit stiff and trying so hard to be professional they came across cold. The concierge were very friendly and helpful but did not have the right information. They made a request on my behalf for decaf tea bags to be sent to my room, they said it will arrive within the hour but they never came and this is because the hotel does not have decaf tea bags only fresh leaves. so slight miss communication.

The room was perfect,felt more than a hotel room because of the kitchenette. I was blown away by the kitchenette, it had everything from oven,dishwasher,pots etc. In addition the shower room was 5* I have never seen a more beautiful and luxurious shower room. The view was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was 10/10. This place screams luxury and is worth every penny. We spent our anniversary here and I was so pleased. We are currently looking to come back in a few months but stay a bit longer this time.

That we weren't told there is a £50 deposit to pay upfront. We didn't mind but it would just be nice to know in advance especially because the money takes a while to go back into the account.

The staff were the gold plates that complemented our entire stay. They were very helpful and courteous in our interactions. The ground staff at the Concierge were simply pure and helpful professionals. For their attitudes alone, I will come back to stay at Hyatt House Stratford. They made us feel cared for from day 1 arrival to day 6 departure.

Well on one occasion whilst attending a meeting online, the fire alarm sounded severally and that was taken seriously so we evacuated and had to go through the stairs from 9th floor down. Upon reaching the ground floor, we were told it's been resolved etc. That was a bit of a letdown. Fire drills should be announced.
