The Gantry Hotel, Stratford - Exceptional Hospitality! I recently stayed at The Gantry Hotel in Stratford, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm greetings, genuine smiles, and eagerness to assist with any request made me feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was helping with directions, offering personalized recommendations, or simply checking in to see how my day was going, the staff’s attention to detail and care were second to none. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering both style and comfort. Its location in Stratford was incredibly convenient, with excellent access to transportation, shopping, and dining. But above all, it was the people at The Gantry who made the experience unforgettable. Their hospitality turned what could have been a standard hotel stay into something truly special. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon!

I stayed at The Gantry because I wanted to seek a good location nearby to see a show that my partner's sister was performing in. The room was very clean. I liked the decor. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that I couldn't connect my tablet to the HDMI port to the TV so I could watch streaming platforms like Netflix. Other than that, it's a great place. Me and my partner would stay there again. We didn't go to the gym because we didn't have a lot of time but if we were to stay the again, we would take advantage of the gym.

This is a fantastic hotel and more like a 5 star experience. I booked for family and friends for my mothers surprise 80th birthday to Abba Voyage and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The hotel is beautiful and has a great vibe. There was lots of space in the beautiful bar on arrival so my family all sat around with Prosecco to surprise my mum as she entered. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. Huge showers and very comfy mattresses and tea and coffee in the rooms. There was also a big reserved area in the bar for hotel guests when we returned from Abba for cocktails which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and again the area to eat in is really swanky. The wonderful Hotel Manager Khaled also upgraded my mum and dad to a suite for her 80th birthday which made our stay even more memorable and fabulous. All the staff were so friendly and professional too and the manager of the bar made a real effort to make us feel welcome also. Thank you so much to The Gantry for such a perfect and super special stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of four while attending the ABBA Voyage concert, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Since we required two rooms, we made our reservations in advance, therefore our rate was reasonable and from the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location. The venue for the ABBA Voyage concert was just a 20-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, the Westfield Shopping Centre, which is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, provided an excellent parking option. The hotel offers a special deal of £10 for 24-hour parking at Westfield, which is outstanding value for money in London. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who efficiently checked us in and allocated our rooms on the fourth floor. The rooms themselves were impressively spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Cleanliness was impeccable, with the room maintained to a high standard. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were exceptionally quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. We made use of the first-floor bar both before and after the concert, and it was a fantastic addition to our stay. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was prompt and friendly, and the drink prices were quite reasonable—especially considering the location. It was the perfect place to relax and discuss the concert. We had opted for the breakfast package, and it was well worth it. The buffet offered a wide variety of both hot and cold options, all of which were fresh and of high quality. There was something to suit every taste, and we left feeling satisfied and ready for the journey home. Overall, our stay met our expectations.

The Gantry is without exception one of the Best Hotels we have ever stayed at. Khalid on reception welcomed us very warmly, he was professional and so personable. A real asset to the Hotel . Nothing was too much trouble and he certainly wasn't phased by 5 ladies with lots of questions. Khalid promptly organised us a taxi to the Abba venue and offered us a lovely upgrade on our rooms. All the staff were so helpful. Our rooms were very spacious & pristine. The beds were very comfortable.breakfas was excellent lots of choice and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be booking this Fabulous Hotel when we return to London.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel (second time during few months) and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and made the check-in process seamless and efficient. Their friendly attitude set the tone for the entire stay. I want to award receptionist Lucy who helped me to sort out one thing. Thank you again! The room was exceptional—spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with everything I could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was a delightful highlight. A wide variety of fresh, delicious options made it the perfect start to my day. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. The staff was attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the entire experience was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the rate for the night was somewhat high, it offered good value in many ways. The staff were courteous, and the location was excellent. The hotel facilities were impressive, the room was beautifully maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, the nearby car park was convenient, costing only around £8.50 for the night, which was quite reasonable.

When we arrived, there was a party going on with loud music. We went out for dinner at the Westfield, and by the time we returned, the music was still blaring, likely from a disco party. It seemed the hotel was hosting the event, and the music remained quite loud throughout.

Stunning hotel in a great location beside Westfield shopping centre. We booked for location to ABBA approx 10 / 15 min walk, train and tubes 5 mins away easy access to city centre. We had a beautiful suite 3 girls sharing, great size room very comfortable. Room had tea coffee facilities also fridge and glasses very handy for drinks in the room. We booked room only, bars and restaurants only a stroll away. Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again great hotel !

Great location, very clean and spacious twin rooms.

Although l had booked 2 rooms months in advance when we checked in, we were put on separate floors. We tried to get to our family members' room but couldn't. I went down to reception to raise this issue and was only then told that as we were on different floors, we could not access each others rooms. There was no mention of this when we checked in. There was also no apology or assistance offered. As we had travelled from different parts of the UK to meet up, we found this to be very upsetting. We ended up swapping one room key each to get around the problem. We just felt the reception staff could have been more honest about the room access, and we should have either been given room on the same floor or given an extra key to each others rooms.

Breakfast that was served in the hotel was excellent. We were initially offered a table that was very low in height which did not suit our needs. Fortunately the lady who was appointing tables found us a normal height table which was perfect. The range and quality of the food and drink on offer was excellent. If you park at Westfield shopping centre the Hotel can validate your parking for a fifty percent discount.

A minor point, the sky bar did not have any draught beer available. When I enquired with the barman I was told that he did not fancy carrying a keg of beer up forty eight floors.
