Breakfast was quite good, serving dishes were topped up as needed.

On the morning of check in I received 3 emails telling me that some rooms had been flooded and the hotel could not accommodate me, that my booking was transferred to a sister hotel on the opposite end of the city. This was very distressing as the location was very important to me. After 4 phone calls to this and the sister hotel, the matter was suddenly fine afterall. No-one apologised when I arrived at check in and in fact, they did not know anything about the emails.

First of all, big thanks to the staff who made our stay very pleasant. The location was very good, easy walk to the Nothern line or the London Bridge station. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to be able to cook and save on eating out. The breakfast was very good. Special thanks to Fatiha for helping us in the morning. The room was very clean. A bit dusty though.

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel was at great location which is well connected with all public transportation services. Food, which was included in our price, was great and we could choose to eat what is suitable for us. We have planned to visit all London sights every/whole day and we didn't plan to stay at hotel room during the stay, so the breakfeast was something which we need to fuel our self with all needed energy. Room had a divided living room with kitchen and bedroom. It was good solution because you have space for sleeping and daily living divided and you are not forced to lay on bed all the time. Even that Hotel was well connected and on great location, it is placed on location which is not so crowded. Streets were peacefull, which we needed after crowded London streets and sigths in center all day. We were calm and feel it secure. Hotel staff was very friendly and on service all day. What ever we needed they helped us and they were on disposal for us. Next to reception, was a living room and place where you could leisure and drink a good beer :) At the end, hotel had a gym and loundry which you can use 0/24. Loundry service, when you are not have many clothes, are great option for travellers and dont need to worry if your clothes get dirty ;)

We liked our stay and there was nothing particular not to like.

Because of the good quality gym equipment for weight training, value from very good to excellent.

I stayed with my family for five days in this hotel. We have the best memories of this place. The location is convenient about 10 minutes walk from the subway. The room is large with a separate living room and two showers, we were pleasantly surprised by all the comfortable accessories in the room, there was everything you needed and always. Cleaned every day and towels changed. Excellent tasty breakfast. Check out we had at 12:00, asked to leave a bit later and we were allowed to do it, and so we were able to enjoy a bit more walking around London. Excellent hotel in every respect, highly recommended.

if the elevator went more fast it would be great

Fantastic staff. All helpful and friendly. I did notice the staff rotas were segregated though...one day you would have an all Indian staff, another day all black staff at reception and breakfast service. All good though. Everyone was lovely just would have liked more intégration as what's the point of living in London

The rooms were clean but there us obviously à cockriach infestation as I saw à few in room 312. The room needs to be fumigated. Must be a one off as I've stayed many times and had no issues so I won't publicly complain about it on social media or anything.

The staff really made our stay extra special. They were so incredibly kind and helpful, they made us all feel very much at home right from the start. Their kind attitude towards our toddler made it even better. Breakfast did not disappoint: a good selection of both continental and English, continuously being refilled. We had no trouble getting a table each day but we were on the early side :) The room (open plan 1 bedroom suite) was very spacious and offered everything we needed. The kitchen has everything one could need and having the Sainsbury's right around the corner made it very easy to prepare food ourselves. Bermondsey street is just around the corner and has a surprisingly good selection of restaurants. Train and tube at London Bridge are only a 10 minute walk away.

The eye for detail could be improved decor wise: paint was chipping on several places in the room and a crooked kitchen cabinet made it hard to close. Not all tv channels work. Sometimes, the bathroom sink gave off a sewer like smell, but this is something that might be caused by the building and happens more often in London.

The staff all so professional but caring, smiling, happy and I felt so welcome every day. This was across all areas, reception, housekeeping and kitchen/dining. One bed apartment very comfortable, well appointed and designed. Felt like home with pictures, ornaments etc . The great plus drinks and nibbles complimentary such a nice touch and breakfast variety first class. A great stay for me with location excellent for getting around London with rail and tube close by a short walk. Plenty supermarkets and cafe/ restaurants to choose from. Bus routes to many places Victoria and Oxford Street on doorstep . Facilities great gym and washing machines . Happy to store luggage .

Already 10 out 10 from me

This is a perfectly fine hotel in London. Close enough to London Bridge and all it has to offer. Affordable enough for the space you get. We stayed in the large suite, 2 full beds and 1 pull-out sofa. I found it to be quite comfortable for 3 people and their massive luggages. Bathrooms (2) were clean. Beds were comfortable. 3 tvs provided is almost an overkill. Full kitchen, supplies and a little dining area. The AC worked almost too well. Plenty of outlets with USB charging (bring your converters if you need US plugs). Strong WiFi. What else do you need? The staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 6am in the morning and we were extremely tired when we got to the hotel. I did request early check-in and they had my room ready for me on arrival. Of course, that service is only available based on how full they are for the day. We were lucky. Overall, we were satisfied guests!

Breakfast! I did not like breakfast at all! That, they can improve on.

- Great hotel room with a small kitchenette (stove, sink, fridge, cutlery, tableware, kettle, coffee machine), a living room with a sofa bed and a tv, a bedroom with queen size bed and a tv - Perfect location : 5min walk to London Bridge Station (northern line & jubilee line), 15min walk to Borough Market - Great breakfast buffet with hot & cold food : croissants, muffins, bread, bagels, fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, bacon, sausages, hash brown, eggs (breakfast starts at 6:30am on weekdays and at 7am in the weekend) - Good value for the price

- The sofa bed was very squeaky and the mattress too soft - Shower : It takes more than 5min to get hot water
