We stopped through London for a couple of days on our way to Italy. We wanted to visit the Tower of London and do some other sight seeing. This was a perfect location! Really nicely kept small hotel. Nice clean room with comfy beds, modern bath with a tub, and a nice bar/cafe. Very close to the underground and a beautiful stroll to The Tower. Exactly what we were looking for.

The bed was great. My partner and I both struggle with back issues so a good bed is paramount. Extra pillows were supplied which was great. The bathroom was very small but functional.

The blinds could not be adjusted, we could not move the cords, so may have been a repairable issue, but it made the room not as dark at night as we would have liked.

Location: The hotel's location was fantastic for walking. It was also very convenient for public transportation. Cleanliness: The room was overall clean and well-maintained. Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful.

During our two-night stay, we encountered significant inconvenience due to our room key malfunctioning twice. The most frustrating instance occurred after the very first use of the access card to enter the floor. Despite gaining access to the floor, we were unable to enter our room. The internet connection was unreliable, requiring additional steps to confirm terms and conditions, which seemed outdated and inconvenient.

This was our last night in the UK and I booked it the night before not really expecting anything other than a standard London hotel experience. I was wrong. This place was FABULOUS!!!. Everything about it was quality. The bed was big and comfy, sheets and towels felt great, the complimentary treats in the fridge were an unexpected bonus. In fact the fridge was a bonus compared to many other places we stayed. The room had air-conditioning or you could open the window. But the staff were the standout memory for us. Reception and Concierge staff made us feel very welcome and the staff working in the bar/restaurant went out of their way to make sure we were looked after for drinks and dinner. We were able to leave our bags here the next day before a late flight home. And the location is right next to London Bridge Station and the Borough Markets.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel to start with.

On arrival the reception staff were very attentive, kind and full of smiles. They answered all our questions and were kind enough to give us an upgrade. Our room was on the small side, but had high quality furnishings. There was free water in the room, coffee making facilities, large screen tv and a large comfortable bed. There were plenty of sockets and a working fridge. The bathroom had a shower, bath and large sink with plenty of hot water. Re location, my wife and I were going to the Shard for dinner which was literally a 3 minute walk.

Nothing. All great.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the train and underground station, Borough Market and The Shard. The area itself is vibrant and busy, and is not too far from all the visitor attractions in the City of London. The staff were very welcoming. We had a drink in the bar before going out on our first night and the staff were keen to provide good service and information for us. The bar menu and room service menu is very reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable with tea and coffee and all the items you would expect. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning.

The only down side for us was that our view was directly into the offices within The Shard, but we didn't spend much time in the room. There was also a bit of noise from the trains, but it did not stop us sleeping.

Great one night stay. Visited with my parents, husband and adult children to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday in London. Rooms were lovely with a very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it as we were having an early Sunday lunch. Bar area was inviting and relaxing. We were given vouchers for sparkling wine and coffee/croissants. Location perfect - just outside London Bridge station.

The bar wasn't open on our return at midnight. It would have been nice to have had a nightcap as we were residents.

The hotel is located in a great area. It is right beside an Underground tube station, and it's within walking distance of many major London attractions. The room was very clean, with modern facilities, and it was astoundingly quiet for a hotel beside an active train station. The hotel's restaurant and bar were both very nice.

The rooms are on the small side, but it's not a huge issue if you don't plan on spending much time there. There aren't many places to sit and chill outside the room, unless you wish to sit in the lobby. The hotel's bar gets VERY crowded on weeknights with locals.

This is a classic hotel, the way all hotels are suppose to be. From the moment that I entered the hotel. It felt very peaceful & calm. I was greeted at the reception by Carlos & co. 45 was informed that I had been upgraded, such a pleasant surprise. The bedroom was very clean. There was the usual tea & coffee supplies /biscuits , but with addition of a small white teapot and a coffee machine. I was truly impressed, so on I went to relax with a cup tea & biscuits while I waited for my partner. He was impressed too by the standards and attention to detail in the design as the light switches just above the bedhead. Again so many things. We had room service for dinner. Compliments to the chef & to Emanuel the waiter. Excellent meal. The fried chicken wings were lovely, the avocado salad/the burger was very filling and what can I say about the chocolate cake? that's is my partner pleasure food. We both agreed that this hotel was and is the place to be. A Very professional and exceptional hotel.

Everything was perfect!! My partner and I recently travelled to London for the weekend, and we stayed at the London Bridge Hotel. We love the London Borough area, and the hotel was only a 5 min walk, and a few minutes walk away from the Shard. We didn't have time to use the facilities, but I think there was a swimming pool on the top floor area, a gym on the ground floor, and a lovely bar area. The room we had was lovely, the bed and the pillows were really comfortable. The staff were friendly and so helpful. An extra big thank you to Florin in reception, who went the extra mile to help, also Helene from housekeeping, and also Rashim at reception. We loved our stay and the people working here.
