We immediately felt at home. The staff is great and everyone is very friendly, kind and natural (thank you for everything Nicoletta). This place is the perfect mix of hotel, short-term rental and business apartment. Shoutout to housekeeping - you guys do a great job! We also loved the quiet “small town feel” neighborhood of Chiswick, London.

The laundry room was very clean, but unfortunately the washing drums and rubber seals are dirty and in urgent need of cleaning - at least once a month.

The location is excellent, near the Turnham Green Station underground. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, including a compact kitchen. Chiswick is a very calm and pleasant neighborhood, with fewer tourists than in other parts of London. We chose to have breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast options are excellent, offering a variety of choices. However, we would prefer the ability to customize our breakfast, such as ordering a toast with ham, cheese, and some fruits, or a pastry, instead of choosing from a set menu. Nonetheless, the available options were delicious.

Enjoy more freedom to select items for breakfast.

We loved the concept but found out that there was so much more to love- fantastic staff (Christopher, Anthony, Dan and all the others). The location offers a very close tube station and lots of pubs and restaurants, along with a local Sainsburys a short walk away. The place really feels like home. There is a fabulous seating area in the lobby that even the locals use, as well as a coffee/breakfast bar, lunch offerings, snacks, and a cocktail bar in the evening. They have laundry facilities and even offer detergent etc. We had tea, coffee, and chocolate in the review. Ask for a courtyard view room. Just a note for travelers that the tube station is super close but it has stairs. So when you go back to the airport, you’ll be carrying luggage up stairs. Heathrow is much, much closer than Gatwick. We will be back!

I can’t think of a thing we didn’t like!

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel in my favourite part of London - Chiswick ('a village in the middle of the city'). Five minutes walk to Turnham Green Underground Station with easy links to all of London and round the corner to all the shops and eateries on Chiswick High Street. Quality kitchenette, really comfy bed, great laundry facilities and a welcoming lounge downstairs. Nice degree of quirkiness in the decor (not over the top). My favourite feature was the delightful window seat in our room with lots of cushions to cosy up in! We had a red wine spill on said window seat and the staff were very understanding and it immediately became a none issue - big bonus points!

Nitpicky negatives only - microwave buttons almost invisible in the dimmed lighting - we needed to use a torch to see to operate it! A few scuff marks already on the paintwork in this otherwise very clean and quite new hotel - easily fixed and would make the room we were in even better.

Everything!!! Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. We had booked three rooms but one of them was situated on a different floor, we asked if we can all stay at the same floor and they were so nice and arrange that for us. Hotel is in a quiet street with the park close by, underground station and buses also. On the main street you have everything you need, form pubs and restaurants to stores Very clean rooms and lovely decor

Only thing that could be improved is the light and the mirror in the bathroom since it is very difficult to put the make up on in there

We absolutely LOVED everything! The staff, the room, the service, the cleanliness. Everything was amazing from the basics (clean room, location, kind staff, comfortable bed etc) to the details (fully equipped kitchen, cot for our baby, games box, easy to set up TV, ability to order parcels at the hotel etc). Thank you guys <3

The only tiny TINY detail is the toilet paper!! It's this new sustainable one and albeit the good intentions, unfortunately it was way too crumbly and we had to buy our own. But obviously this is just a tiny note, more in the hope they might see it and replace it with a better one! :P

Well presented with bright swish decor & plants Good snug-like selection of seating areas around the reception, bar & cafe type front of house inc reception Majority of staff were attentive and professional Good WiFi -Rooms good size and bed/bathroom was clean and well stocked. Pictures of rooms are pretty much true to images.

Good location being central Chiswick, however a tad difficult with parking as building situated in a residents only street (some free parking late Saturday & Sunday) Paid parking on many streets around but most by the hour. Basement lighting is very dimly lit on the corridors & no phone signal in the basement room we stayed in -you've to use your wi-Fi calling.

When we arrived, Anthony, checked us in and he was very welcoming and friendly! The room was lovely, perfect for me and my daughter! Our stay was for seven nights, so the kitchenette was perfect, as it included tableware, a microwave, mini refrigerator and freezer, a kettle plus tea and coffee! The room was quiet as well! The breakfast menu had many options and we enjoyed everything order we tried! The cafe/lounge area was so lovely as well!

No complaints or dislikes!

Convenient location in Chiswick: shops, pub, District line tube. In-room kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, electric hob, sink) and Tesco Express, Waitrose around the corner. Room has food waste, recycle and rubbish bins. Card-paid laundry (washers and dryers) in lower ground floor for longer stays. Ground level ‘living room’ lounge area for daytime work. Relaxed, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Lower floor has NO telephone connectivity, so impossible to receive calls in room and had to use Skype, FaceTime, etc. I had to stand outside the building to receive calls for business. Staff should have informed us of this issue, but the property was so booked that we could not move after we discovered the problem—this is the reason for the downgrade of facilities. After our first week stay, we moved up to a higher room with connectivity. Pillows were also flat and uncomfortable.

Comfortable, clean, modern, great facilities in the room - feel safe and secure. Great location for where we needed to be (ArtsEd). Friendly, helpful staff. Theoretically I thought we were getting two single beds, but it was one double. It was fine though, we were too tired to go and ask for any kind of change - the staff were lovely and no doubt would have sorted if we had. If it were important to me next time I'd message them in advance.

I had to leave a bag for my son (the other room occupant) to collect and made sure staff knew who would be picking it up and that I couldn't give him the collection tag first as I wouldn't see him before. When it came to it, they wouldn't let him take it without the collection ticket, despite agreeing that was ok - but we solved it by sending over a photo by text. Think it was just a changeover of staff, and I appreciate that they were trying to keep our things safe :)
