Margaret was such a lovely host and able to inform us of the local area which made it really interesting. The fact that I got a great night sleep in a strange bed says it all. Everywhere was spotless and the views stunning! The surrounding area is worth exploring and so peaceful which explains how Heaney was so inspired to write about it. All in all first class and no hesitation in recommending a stay here! Also, no distance from Ballyscullion Park where we were attending a wedding.

Beautiful location, wonderful host, facilities top notch. Margaret hosts a superb bed and breakfast. Beautiful room overlooking Church Island, a local 'area of outstanding beauty'. Great for walking in the wilds. Margaret is a wealth of knowledge about the local natural history and beautiful areas to visit around the Antrim Coast. Very warm welcome and wonderful breakfast with succulent fruit and yogurt, great coffee and a full Irish with home made Irish soda bread. It doesn't get better than that!!

Made to feel extremely Welcome by host. Wonderful Tranquility. Breathtaking views Beautiful surrounding. Breakfast 🍳outstanding (with real home made wheaten bread that could win awards) .Room super clean.Bathroom super clean. We felt comfortable cosy and welcome. . All mod cons. Exellent 2 🌃nights sleep waking up to fantastic views. Hosting 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 can totally recommend this B and B. Left feeling chilled out and relaxed. We so enjoyed our stay.

We chose a room that had the lake view. It was very cosy with all required amenities. The host was very good as well and was very helpful. We needed some threads and a needle and the host had no problem at providing that. The breakfast was freshly cooked and it was very good! check-in and check-out process was flawless. A bonus was the sunrise in the morning through the window over the lake! Plenty of parking. We only stayed for one night but would definitely return back again if we are in the area!

So much more than a B&B; this is home from home! Margaret and Patrick are the perfect hosts, with nothing being too much trouble. A fabulous breakfast to start the day, enhanced by Margaret's home-baked soda bread.... delicious! A beautiful room with everything you could want or need, including a fabulous view. I cannot recommend Dewhamill highly enough and certainly plan to return some time soon.

I spent two nights at Dewhamill in the beautiful Bellaghy countryside. I had an exceptional stay. Margaret and Patrick were just the most welcoming hosts, they really went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable and the ensuite was great. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty on offer, every taste is catered for. I'll definitely be back. It was a real home away from home, super relaxing and tranquil.

This was the best stay in Northern Ireland. The location was so peaceful and scenic it felt storybook. The kind woman running the bed and breakfast cooked us an Irish Breakfast and got us tea when we came in. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the views really sold the experience!

No negatives we could think of. Very great experience. We would have loved a hot tub but that isn’t keeping with Irish culture!

What a find. This B&B is exceptional. In a beautiful quiet location with stunning views. From the moment you arrive it felt like you were meeting old friends. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful and the homemade bread to die for. This is is where I will stay when I'm working in NI.

Our room had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was so tasty and really filling. Margaret was the best host we could’ve asked for. It was the perfect location for a wedding at Ballyscullion but also the local area was really nice to explore.
