We loved the ambience. We loved the way that Russ & Jackie look after their guests, and will always put themselves out to meet all their guests' needs. We really enjoyed our breakfasts - they were OUTSTANDING! Also, easy to get into Belfast for Titanic, and easy to get to local attractions, like Antrim Castle Gardens and Lough Neagh, and the Giant's Causeway.

We stayed for 5 nights, and had quite a lot of luggage, because we had 2 sets of formal clothes for functions connected with the wedding that we were attending in Ballymena. We respectfully suggest that we might have been allocated a larger room, with a bigger bed for a longer stay. I think that if we were "overnighting" for or from the airport, we would not have minded the slightly constricted room that we had. Maybe we're just space hungry travellers!!??!!

Great location, quiet and idyllic. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Has a homey feel to it. Well stocked fridge, with items to purchase, along with a small menu from the kitchen.

I would appreciate a more healthy breakfast to go (some suggestions include a fresh croissant, a bag of unsalted nuts, cheese, orange, rather than an apple, as an orange travels better). I could not take the juice box through security, so maybe provide a tea bag and a package of instant coffee instead of the juice box. Hot water is available once through security at one of the many fast food restaurants. An unbuttered dinner roll with butter on the side, along with the soup would also be appreciated, rather than buttered bread. These are minor suggestions, based upon my healthy dietary preferences.

I thought this property was fantastic in a beautiful setting and completely exceeded my expectations. A warm welcome from the host Russ, nothing too much trouble. Everything you could possibly need, exceptional and should I have need this place would be my first choice every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Excellent location for the airport and shuttle and parking available on enquiry should you need it. If you are planning a longer stay it’s a great choice too. Hosts provide a great folder containing information on all the local attractions, restaurants etc. Congratulations to the host for providing a high end accommodation at very good rates. We enjoyed our short stay and breakfast provisions in the cabin to enable us to have a light breakfast before our very early flight. Thank you!

We had an exceptional stay at Glendaloch, a beautiful B and B with great facilities and so close to the airport, definitely beats an airport hotel! Russ and Jackie were so accommodating and there were lots of little touches that made our stay even more perfect. They offer a free pick up from the airport and were also kind enough to drive us to the venue of the wedding we were attending the following day for a small contribution towards fuel. They also offer light bites such as soup/ toasties/ sandwiches which was great as a small dinner and saved us finding a restaurant/ takeaway the evening we arrived. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Glendaloch to anyone, we will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again!

Rooms appointed to very high standard , spotless ,the room was in a building adjacent to the main house I made the booking for my wife who was travelling to England alone we were met on the drive by Russ the owner who showed us to the room and gave a brief run down on heating t.v wifi etc , the fridge was stocked with many items most of which is inclusive, there is a list for those items not included and costs if needed . The room was very substantial with three beds and a separate very modern stylish bathroom . The kitchen had everything you would find at home . The owner was also able to offer a ride to the airport about 3 miles away to catch an early flight .The whole establishment is off a quiet country road along a driveway and is very peaceful & safe . The owners have obviously invested into this property and it shows I will use again without hesitation .

We stayed here as we were flying out of Belfast Airport the next morning for holidays. What a place to start holidays, it is an exceptional, the hot tub, sauna were so much fun and we were sorry our stay was so short. The rooms are so comfortable, spotless and so many snacks and drinks to avail of, with an honesty bar. We will definitely come back. The hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We were a group of nine availing of studio, chalet and a room in the house and all were equally exceptional thank you Russ and Jackie, we will be back x

Everything. I couldn't compliment the hospitality and the amenities provided enough. It was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. It was very clean. Spacious. Great Location. Private parking space. The breakfast selection provided was amazing (included different types of cereal, a full loaf of bread, home made raspberry jam and marmalade, milk, tea, different types of coffee filter/coffee machine, fresh fruit) the fridge was fully stocked. We were able to check in early for a fair price. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was very clean. An extra heater was provided in case we were cold. It was a great stay and we wish he had booked another day but it was fully booked. I will definitely book again. We stayed in the self-contained studio.

Conveniently close to Belfast International Airport with a shuttle service offered, Glendaloch B&B more than lived up to its ranking on Booking. Communication with the owners was friendly, swift and efficient, as was the airport pick-up and drop-off. The studio suite I stayed in was brand new, very spacious, light, and well-appointed, including the kitchenette. The bathroom is modern and stylish and has a large walk-in shower. The beds were comfy and the room was cosy. Everything - and more - was provided for a continental breakfast in the studio, so thank you Jackie and Russ, and see you on the last day of my trip again.

Very clean room, in good repair, comfortable, view of Logh Neagh and mountains in the distance, quiet countryside setting, Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee given to us on arrival, parking at front of property on gravel drive, owners had standing arrangement to get guests 10% discount at a good local restaurant at the time of our stay - which we took advantage of.

I wouldn't say we didn't like anything, but the voluntarily provided menus for the local restaurants need updating. Although to be fair the owner did warn us that it could be the case, the prices had gone up by several pounds since they last got copies of the menus (i.e. a burger that had previously cost £8.50 was now £13.50). That said, prices generally were notably lower than in London and the quality and quantity generally better.

The grounds were beautiful and spacious with amazing views. The house was so nice and clean and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The best thing about the whole stay was Russ who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was so attentive and helpful. We would the the spa and sauna as such a great way to chill and relax and the dressing gowns and slippers provided are a wonderful touch. If you do stay here make sure you bring some bigger pants as the breakfasts are amazing and fresh and you do not want to stop eating the food! There was so much choice and variety and the homemade marmalade and strawberry jam were particularly tasty. A massive thank you to both Russ and Jackie and we cannot wait to return!
