The restaurant was very good (we had the trio of lamb and the trio of pork the first night - both excellent - and lighter dishes the second night) with good wine choices. Parking was easy. The bed was very comfortable. It was good value for the cost overall.

Our room was very small. In looking at other rooms as they were being cleaned, it appeared we got the smallest room.

We stayed here for one night and were very happy with our stay. We arrived at about midday and were planning to walk to Chipping Camden for some lunch but decided to instead eat at The Seagrave Arms as the dining room had a great atmosphere and the food looked good. Tasty food, great atmosphere, really nice decor and lovely owners. The room was also nicely kitted out. Breakfast was an absolute feast, not only could you order a cooked breakfast each (we went for eggs benedict) but then we got two extra portions of thick toast with a selection of jams/honey/butter so we left feeling very full. During our stay we walked to Chipping Camden via Dover's Hill so The Seagrave Arms was the perfect location. Lots of parking too!

fab host ( very accommodating regarding opening the bar area when restaurant was closed etc), comfortable rooms, clean, space for parking

Lots of noise from road (corner room with two single glazed sash type windows) Wash basin in ensuite, mounted on surface so was a lot higher than surface, found it really difficult to wash, had to lever up onto toilet to get to height of top of wash basin. Good breakfast Clearer details regarding restaurant opening hours as was closed the evening we stayed

The location was great, we visited Cirencester, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Paxford during our stay. The host made our stay, she was so friendly, genuinely interested in us and did everything to help us feel comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, and we ate in the restaurant one evening which was equally as good!

There was a slight smell to the shower room, and our television didn’t work (not that we came to watch television so this was a minor inconvenience. As mentioned in previous reviews, the place is a pub and does get busy with locals visiting, our room was almost directly above the bar area and so the noise was loud until the bar closed late into the evening.

Lovely place to stay in a peaceful village in the Cotswolds. We stayed here to visit the Broadway Christmas market which is a 3 mile drive from the hotel. The staff were really friendly & welcoming. We had a drink in the bar next to an open log fire after returning from a day in Broadway, the barman was a lovely young man & very easy to talk to. Breakfast was amazing & the owner was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, plenty of food choices, tea, coffee, toast, pastries, jams, juices etc couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend and will visit again, maybe for a meal in the restaurant next time which looked amazing!

Nothing.

We were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff, who informed us that they had upgraded our room. What a great start! We were shown to our room which looked over the front door and across the village. Beautiful wallpaper in keeping with the Georgian building, a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom and loo. Supper was in our opinion one of the best we have had, well cooked and delivered by charming staff and host. Well slept we breakfasted in the paneled dining room on excellent sausages and delicious scrambled eggs. Our host was lovely and couldn't be more attentive. Thank you so much.

Whilst understanding the size and layout of the hotel, it lacked a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after the meal.

- Clean, bright and pretty boutique rooms. - Lovely shower with great temperature and pressure. - Tasty and beautifully presented breakfast. - Friendly staff. - Great location to explore Chipping Camden which is a delightful place with some excellent restaurants. - National Trust sites nearby.

- The towel rail was very very hot, and accidentally touched it a few times as it is positioned near the sink (just a heads up). - Otherwise absolutely fabulous.

Our visit was on a Sunday which normally sees the bar and restaurant closed in the evening but because we were a group the owner Alex made us exceptionally welcome and even opened the bar. She could have not been a more perfect hostess and really made our Sunday evening. Breakfast was also great.

The food was excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one of the evenings and both the quality and presentation were first class. Breakfast on both mornings was again excellent, with a good choice for different breakfast appetites. Alex and her staff were helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Weston Subedge was a lovely village, ideally located near Chipping Camden and Broadway.
