Dormy house is stunningly pretty hotel. It’s really well located for all the towns and villages in the Cotswolds. The hotel is beautifully decorated and styled.

Our room (a cosy room) had zero drawers or shelves for any clothes or underwear which I thought was bizarre. The heating also failed and we had no hot water during my shower. This issue was quickly dealt with and we were moved to an upgraded room that was luckily available. The reason it was available was because it was a noisy room! However we preferred the noise from people above to a lack of heating! We enjoyed the spa however the pool and jacuzzi weren’t warm at all and so not that pleasant to go in.

This ‘boutique’ hotel is located in the countryside near the large village of Broadway. The hotel is immaculate everywhere and maintained to an excellent standard. Rooms are extremely comfortable with everything you need, very comfortable bedding and towels etc. The best UK Spa hotel I have stated in so far. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The food is of an excellent quality too! We had a beautiful breakfast every day which had everything available you could ever want. We dined there one evening too and the food and service was superb and faultless. We can’t speak highly enough of our stay there and the staff too. Hannah, in the Greenhouse’ Spa area, went the extra mile to make sure our stay was the best it could be.

Nothing of note

This was a perfect 3 night stay, from the comfortable beautiful bedroom, the decor of the hotel, the high quality spa facilities, and most importantly the cool, calm, friendly welcoming atmosphere created by an exceptional team, you would struggle to find anywhere that can compete with the all round experience at Dormy House. It says a lot when you can remember the names of every member of staff that we spoke to and shows just how engaging they are. Thank you Josh, Chris, Ilinca, Hannah, Sara (Therapist), Sara (Restaurant), Magda, Meg, Fiona, Shannon (Bar).

Breakfast was excellent as were the choices. The whole place was beautifully appointed. Tremendous staff with a very friendly manner. Our evening meals were just fantastic. Thank you.

The decor, staff, facilities,food. What a beautiful place to spend a few days. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dormy house we will definitely be back.

Everything. Comfortable and cosy hotel with beautiful interior. Every detail is taken care off. Spa is amazing. Absolutely spotless, great facilities, everything is prepared for you (there are even scented, cooled towels for you to use after sauna ;-)). Food was great. Amazing selection of wines. Be sure to book on time if you want to try fine dinning restaurant Mo (we were late).

Absolutely nothing.

From the moment we arrived at Dormy House nothing was to much trouble. On arrival we were greeted with a gift for our child our bags were taken and it was time to relax. The facilities are exceptional with access to the spa even with a child. If your looking for a relaxing luxurious stay with a 5* feel this is the place to book.

Brilliant quality breakfast, with professional and friendly staff to serve all guests. The location, overlooking the hotel gardens and raised beds with locally grown produce, was exceptional.

Everything was of the highest order and we will definitely stay again, for a special occasion.

I like the design.

The service. I was told to appear 15 minutes early for the massage. I waited half an hour, and she did not make up for the full time. Same thing with dinner. Service was good at the beginning, but by the time at the desert and check, we waited a long time.

Rooms and decoration were amazing, staff very polite and helpful, scenery amazing.

location was not convinient because it is far away from the village, breakfast should have more sweet options, dinner could have more options.

Staff are all helpful, warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and very comfy (we had a ‘splendid’ room). Food in The Back Garden is fantastic. Spa facilities clean and cosy. Excellent massage. Location is beautiful and perfect for visiting local villages and towns.
