The room was so spacious. We had a great bathroom and a lot of facilities in the room; ironing board, kettle, a good sized tv! The bed was huge and really comfy they actually provided extra pillows in the wardrobe too!

We looked out onto the Main Street so you could hear quite a bit of traffic in the morning but it couldn’t be helped it’s quite a busy area. It was also quite hard to get parked as there’s no on site parking it was just along the street and it was a really busy town.

The location is absolutely marvellous! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is nice too (a decent selection of breakfast options and a varied dinner menu). There's a nice playground adjacent to the hotel, would be nice for the families with kids. The matress for the double bed was thick and quite soft, I found the pillows a nice balance of soft and firm and not floppy. The Wifi signal depends on which part of the hotel you are in. There's plenty of off street free parking, we easily found a place at the seafront.

The window frames are wooden and pretty old, which gives the hotel its authentic view, but if the room is facing the road, it gets very loud, even at night time. If you are a sensitive sleeper, I'd recommend asking for a quite room away from the road.

Excellent location, staff were all lovely, the food was really good and the place was very clean. Nothing was a bother to the staff, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

The bathroom was very crammed, the shower was above the bath, and it was very hard to get in and out of. The toilet was up again the bath, and there just wasn't very much room. The carpet in the hall needs a good clean.

Comfortable and warm (I could select any temp on the thermostat - this is handy) room with a big double bed. Additional sofa and coffee table - great facilities for reading and chilling.

Breakfast - I'd suggest having salmon to the eggs, sour bread and avocado, some good morning pastry, maybe pancakes. For those, who are not big fans of Full Irish breakfast, to have other options.

l LOVE THE TOWN AND BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS AND PEOPLE WERE FANTASTIC, THE PROPERTY HAS A COZY FEELING AND FRIENDLY. LOTS OF SHOPS AND CAFES AROUND WHICH ARE FANTASTIC. THE TOWN OF ROSTOVER A FEW KILOMETERS AWAY WORTH THE DAYS WALK TO A RESTAURANT CALL THE CHURCH WHICH SERVES AMAZING FOOD, IN THE HOTEL THE VEGAN BURGER WAS DELICIOUS AND ONLY VEGAN OPTION THAT WAS AVAILABLE.. THE MORNING PORAGE AND VEGAN BREAKFAST WERE QUITE DELICIOUS. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE MORE OPTIONS FOR A LATER STAY.

I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO SEE MORE VEGAN OPTIONS ON THE MENU.

The view from our room and the restaurant was gorgeous, even sitting outside in the evening to have a drink, perfect location for views.

The fixtures in the rooms like the lights that's on the walls are not secured properly, the wires from the TV could be hidden, the toilet seat needs fixed, the locks on the bathroom doors in the bar need fixed, the hotel is gorgeous but there are small things that could make it even better.

Fantastic views, great room and lovely interior. staff were fabulous and very friendly. they could not have done more for us. dinner in the restaurant was lovely too.

I wasn’t keen on the breakfast - very greasy. the bar is lovely but not much life about it and not set out in a way that encourages people to mix as tables are all private and there’s no lounge area in the hotel. there’s not a lot to do in the town but great base for exploring nearby areas.

The food was beautiful and gorgeous breakfast. The bar was lovely and has great entertainment on in the evening. The view from the hotel was stunning.

The rooms were very basic. No drinking water in the rooms and quite small. The bathroom had a few loose fittings , and the towel rail fell off the wall ! Could probably do with a makeover, really! The dressing table had no mirror, which isn't ideal for those who want to dontjeir makeup or hair.

A On The staff were so friendly, welcoming, helpful and obliging. The hotel is situated across the road from the sea and right beside the town park. They don't have a car park but there was free parking on the street. The lighting ďrew our attention from across the road, I loved the decor. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfy. There was an iron, security box, a table with two seats, plenty of towels and good quality toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection on offer, the restaurant is nicely presenting and the catering staff were lovely to everyone, no request was an inconvenience. Anyone faulting the hotel has something wrong with them. The area is beautiful, the hotel is lovely and great value for money. I would love to stay again.

It's a pity the extraction fan wasn't working in the bathroom, it was very steamy after the shower

The property is well decorated and comfortable. The external building is beautiful and we loved the terrace outside. The rooms were really comfortable and we had a great sleep. The restaurant was excellent with great food and portion sizes. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace with a lovely singer. The view from the hotel was stunning and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The check in was a little strange as the bar staff could see us standing but didn’t say anything whilst they served, despite us arriving at 3pm. It was a small issue and someone did come out eventually when I made eye contact. Afterwards, another staff member came down and was very helpful and friendly. I would just advise the bar staff to even shout through ‘welcome and some will be with you in a few minutes’. This would make for a friendlier welcome. Will definitely stay again!
