property was fine ... but altho we prepaid thru booking.com , after we left they charged us again... and for a lot more calls to to hotel would not connect , when I finally did they said that there wasn't a manager present ... so far I've waited 6 hrs without a return call I started the complaint process with B.com but nothing yet this should have been resolved with a phone call from booking.com to the hotel

Very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm on specific diet because a stomach issues, so I really liked the little kitchen we had in the room. Cooked my own dinner

There wasn't anything I would have changed

When we arrived and walked into our room, it was very obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned. But a call to the front desk and a very short time later a young lady came to clean it. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very friendly and apologetic for the state of the bathroom. The rest of our stay was uneventful. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and we really liked the shampoo and shower gel dispenser in there. We had never stayed at a Home 2 Suites before and were surprised to find a full size refrigerator, even a dishwasher with dishes and utensils. We went to check out in the morning and we’re told that they had comped the room due to the housekeeping issue. We didn’t even have to ask for this, nor did we expect it, but it was a great way to make things right. Would definitely stay in this brand of hotel again.

More guest parking, lot was very full

Latrice and Simeon provided awesome service, as did the cleaning crew who were mostly polite and prompt!

Some of the front desk staff are less than stellar, preferring to watch videos (I think) on the computer instead of attending to clients. Also this location is pretty far from restaurants, so on Sundays plan ahead for meals.

Real nice super clean great smelling room and bedding. I enjoyed the 3 nights there.

Only negative. Microwave didn't work and the A/C fan made an endless loud screeching noise.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in and properly following pandemic guidelines. Felt very comfortable with everyone wearing masks and staff cleaning the building carefully and often. Wonderful staff and comfy beds. Really beautiful property near the river. I highly recommend. The lady who served the breakfast was so nice and friendly. There were lots of options even for the vegetarian in our group. I felt they went above my expectations!

the location was beautiful & I loved having a digital key I also appreciated not having restrictions on the pets! it is so hard to find a hotel that doesn’t put a breed restriction.

1. no vending machines - didn’t like having to all the way downstairs to get an overpriced drink 2. the room we were in had the tv in the middle of the room when the bed was basically pushed against the wall on the right

The manager and the assistant manager at this property are amazing! I would like to thank the manager for listening to me and the hugs! The staff is friendly and professional! The room very clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The stay was even better than the first time! I will be back again!!!!

Robert & Beth made us feel very welcomed. It was by wife's birthday and she had an awesome time. The location along the river help set the mode. Just had an overall good time.

The sofa/ pull out bed, had really bad squeaks when you sat down. I would advise to replace the sofa.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I liked the layout of the suites and the location. It's off the beaten path a little bit. I couldn't hear anything going on in the halls or rooms around me which was lovely.
