The female staff members were helpful and friendly. The housekeepers were polite. The elder couple that works there together are so kind. The rooms were comfy. Would definitely book again.(I did.) A little dust in the corners but that’s typical if it’s dark and overlooked. We are currently having to travel to Decatur but it’s worth the trade-off. I can't tell you how many hotels I viewed in that area that were not at all like the pictures online. The Redroof rooms were exactly like the pictures online.

I will be there for a while so this is to be continued. Maybe that person in particular had a bad day but I didn't get friendly service from him.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores and it is directly off of the Interstate. The staff was super nice, Caitlyn was pleasant on the phone and amazing in person! She helped my aunt with items she needed for her room, with no problem. The housekeeping crew were super nice and patient with us checking out right at check-out time! They even helped my aunt when she locked herself out.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell it used to be a "smoking" hotel. The room was a bit musty, maybe some ventilation, incense and hardcore cleaning spray would help. But it it was a nice enough room, the bed was comfy, the ac worked good, and it was overall pretty clean.

Breakfast was fair. Location was great was good to have a Cracker Barrel next door. I liked the pool and the room was nice the comfort of the beds and colors were nice

Iron board cover needs replacement, needs new iron, outlet cover replaced behind nightstand between beds some paint touch ups. One big the that was irritating to me was the floor needed mopping and housekeeping came in and did mop floor for us and and the floor was still dirty. I walked around barefooted and my feet were filthy dirty after she mopped. Toilet seat needed tightened.

Elder couple was awesome in hospitality. Elder audit clerk on night was the first to give morning greetings and wish me a prosperous day.

Vending machine wasn’t refilled for the two weeks I was there.

You get what you pay for but I wasn’t overly excited to step into my painted, chipping bathtub/shower. And while ai love the tile floor, after wiping up a spill I could tell from my black towel they had not been mopped since n some time

Great location - Room fine - Gave me a room on the first floor as requested - just need a person to zero in on the breakfast situation!

Breakfast was very haphazardly handled by the staff. Sometimes food was available - other times - not! Mostly NOT! Not a good experience!

The maid started knocking on my door at 730 then 830 the 900am. I had planned on sleeping late. I didn't get in bed till after midnight. We had Christmas on my wife's side of our family. I just finished working 10 days in a row and had to drive 4 hours home today.

Easy to get to and near a restaurant.

push button dispensers for soap and shampoo were very stingy. Every push of the button only yielded very small amounts of liquid. Ten pushes may have gotten a teaspoon of liquid.

The room was exceptionally clean.

The bed itself, while clean, was very firm. The blanket on the bed appeared gray next to the bright white sheets. We removed the blanket and ask the front desk for another blanket.

It was clean and ready and the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything was great, I thought the breakfast tasted a little off, but not enough to stop me from eating. We would definitely stay again
