The breakfast was ok. I don't eat pork and all the meat and gravy was pork. Other than no other meat options but pork, breakfast was fine.

The room could've been a lil more cleaner. There were a few dead bugs in the bathroom, the bed headboard was stained a little, the bathroom door could've been wiped, it was stains and the floors can use some carpet cleaner or freshener to make the rug and room smell better.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels. The staff was great, and it was close to restaurants and the ballpark.

The pool was very small, so if you book with plans to swim keep that in mind. My daughter wouldn’t even get in when we saw how small it was. With only 5 people in it, it was crowded. We also couldn’t close the blackout curtains all the way, and there was a streetlight shining in the room all night.

The rooms are excellent choice with the divider and sofa. Gave our 15 year old their own space. Conveniently located off interstate. Breakfast hours great who are on vacation and don’t want to rush and make it more like brunch. Accessible lemon water was a great touch.

The pool was dirty and did not look attended to. My husband cleaned debris’s so it was clean.

The staff were absolutely sweet and wonderful! Breakfast was ok - liked having yogurt and waffles. Beds were better than more expensive hotels, and having a decent pull-out bed for my son was essential.

Breakfast could have been a little better quality, although I know it's difficult to staff and clean up. Would be nice to have better eggs and fresher biscuits - especially since we're in the south!

Property was convenient to where I was going. It was very nice and clean. The room was great. Comfortable king size bed. Very comfortable couch.

Only thing I didn’t like was the television set up. Not enough channels. They have DISH and it did not work well. Normally I don’t care about the television channels in the hotel room, but the event I’d gone to this area for have been canceled because of lightning and rain. I was in the hotel much longer than I had anticipated and really wanted better television options.

clean!!!!! nice people !!!! we arrived late around 11pm i told the front desk that our tv wasn’t working just so they would know for a future guest since we were only staying for the night next thing you know the manager drives 15 minutes in the middle of the night from his home and comes and fixes it!!!! who does that ??? definitely some of the nicest and best staff I have ever came across , and that says a lot since I have stayed in many hotels !!!

everything was perfect

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with Covid they still was able to have breakfast for all the guest. This was a huge benefits since most hotels basically quit serving breakfast, but charged the same amount and used COVID as an excuse not have this benefit. It helped a lot when traveling my children. The rooms were comfortable after a long day at the stadium with the band competition. There was a lot of places to eat dinner or pick up something to eat on the way back to the hotel.

The hotel was great and I have nothing to say negative about the hotel. During my travel it was cold and rainy. However, the hotel does not have any effect on Mother Nature. So thank you again to the wonderful staff.

It was a good location, very close to the interstate, walking distance to several restaurants , gas, groceries, anything you might need is within 5 min drive. It felt like a safe area, coming and going from the parking lot at night never felt like an issue. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go! All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again

That they changed a pre authorization fee before I got to the hotel ,I wasn't happy about they ,I wasn't informed until I saw the charge on my banking information and then to make it worse it isn't put back In my account for 5 to 7 business days

Entry door to room very noisy. Bathroom door the same. Both were identified in an earlier comment. Shears in room were torn. Looked shabby. Elevator not the best. No place to park my truck with the boat attached. had to park on street.
